I have been eating at this Chick-fil-A for years. very disappointed with the management in the morning. Every time I go there they get my order wrong. I always get a grilled chicken bowl with three eggs in it and extra cheese. They never get it right. I’ve sent an email to the owner and got no response. I will be contacting corporate about this especially when I got no response from the owner. I have very close to 300,000 points pretty much the record holder for North Carolina. Briar Creek has been excellent so has the one in Morrisville and Cary. my advice is do not go to this Chick-fil-A.

What is the point of a ‘Mobile Thru’ that makes you wait in line with the same people who aren’t using the mobile app. Every other Chick-fil-A line in the area moves much faster.

Honestly this place needs to be closed down! This chick-fil-a of apex is very racist, don’t care about their staff or customers! I been coming to this chick-fil-a for a while over time I saw how they treated their best employees. Very sexism. The management should all be fired ! Very unprofessional. This will be my last time coming here ..

Dirty. Uncharacteristically rude/disinterested employees. And don’t even think about ordering for pickup. They clearly only care about getting drive thru orders in and out and will make you wait and act annoyed if you have the audacity to simply ask for an update. Feels more like a McDonalds than a CFA. What a shell of what it used to be, can’t wait for the new one just down the street to open. Until then, I won’t be eating CFA.

The most unfriendly, unclean, unprofessional Chick-Fil-A I have EVER been to in their history of being open in the United States! Filthy dining area, play area, and restrooms. The food was old, dried out, unfresh, expensive; the employees were unfriendly, not at all courteous, and by far, the worst trained that I have ever experienced. Down to our tea being watered down and half sweet and the one soft drink we got having no syrup. They were unapologetic up on having to ask for new drinks and condiments then had the nerve to tell us that we would have to pay for "extra" ketchup, although as you can see from the pictures, it was all over their floor and they were far from the busiest store I've been in. We will never return to this location and could have eaten a "sit down full meal" for this upper class fast food (my opinion of them in general, not this occasion). The high chairs were even filthy!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I’ve never seen a more filthy Chick-Fila A in my life. Food all over the floor, bad customer service, the bathrooms were cleaner than the restaurant. I won’t eat here again sorry…

Slow!! Granted the space and parking lot offer no solutions to speed up the process, but we were stuck in the line for 30 MINUTES with a mobile pick up order. After getting our order I was missing the kids milk and straws for four drinks.

This Chick-fil-A is hands down the best! Mary at the counter and Lizzie, the manager, went above and beyond to take care of our order. Their service was outstanding! And as always, the food was delicious.

Well, we started out on the wrong foot with our order being wrong on a couple items. But, Dwayne and the staff handled this with a positive attitude and made things right. This is why we keep coming back! Great job CFA!
