Chick-fil-A takes a very long time. Pretty consistent across stores. For the price the service should be much faster for drive through.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I arrived at 6:30 PM planning to grab a quick ice cream cone before my 7:00 PM shift, but I ended up being late to work due to the long wait.

There were only three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, yet it still took 25 minutes just to place my order and another 10 minutes at the window to receive a single ice cream cone. While I understand delays can happen during busy periods, this seemed unusually long given the small number of cars in line.

I also noticed that the price of the ice cream cone has changed three times since the beginning of October. When I mentioned this to the employee, she appeared just as confused as I was about the frequent price adjustments.

I typically enjoy Chick-fil-A for its friendly service and efficiency, but this visit was far below expectations. I hope management takes the time to review the drive-thru process and address the pricing inconsistencies to improve the overall customer experience.

My wife just gave birth at WakeMed in Cary and I showed up 1 minute before close to get her the large Mac and cheese she was craving and could finally have after a strict pregnancy diet. Understandably at the very end of the night they did not have enough for a large serving, the manager scraped together what they could and gave it to me. My wife was overjoyed and so thankful to be eating the Chick-fil-A max and cheese that she loves! Thanks team!

I have had 2 incorrect orders from the drive thru here in the short time it has been open. I do not recall similar errors from any other Chick-fil-A store. They were fairly minor, but still ruined the experience. Once we were given tenders instead of nuggets which my son did not like, and the other we were given a large unsweet tea rather than a medium coke, which I would not drink. And not worth the drive back to fix. Today’s was during a lunch rush. The first was not a busy time. Hopefully they focus some more on quality control.

I really like this restaurant and I hope my experience today won’t be the norm. I ordered 2 cups of soup today in drive thru and was told only one pack of crackers came with each cup. The lady walked away from my car and pretended that I wasn’t there. Very rude!!

Continues to be the slowest chick fil a around. It’s never as busy as other locations but always takes longer than any other. Disappointing as it is so close.
