We came here because we saw the great reviews. I will never be back to this location. First we had 2 drinks added to our order, which by itself is no big deal. The problem is we had to ask 3 times to have them removed from the bill. Our food also all came out at weird intervals. Lastly, we tried to put part of our bill on a gift card and the rest on a debit card. When our server went to help us with this she added a $30 tip without asking. Overall just not a good experience.

For sure much better than it used to be. Food looks healthy and tasty. Service is good, table cleaning can be improved after you are done with your meals. Overall nice place and good alternative to other options.

This is the best Chilis. Every server here goes above and beyond. I especially love lyric and John. The manager is also super friendly and always comes over to greet us. Other locations should take notes. Love this one.

I was visiting Apex nc and stopped in with my family to grab something to eat. The atmosphere energy, the food, and the service was good. I ordered the Tripple dipper. Octavia was a sweetheart so pleasant and Brittany was very efficient with us ordering to bringing out our food. Thanks Brittany and Octavia you guys rock.

I was blown away today with the service I received. This is how you should experience going out to eat. Our waiter was amazing and so attentive. We even had multiple members pass by and ask how everything was and whether we needed anything else. The staff at this location was outstanding! The food was so good and hot. I truly enjoyed this visit. I made sure to show my appreciation and even took the time to find the other staff member who always had a smile on her face and even serviced our table to make sure she knew we appreciated her. This is how all restaurants should be and I am just blown away at this wonderful experience with my kids and parents. Thank you!
