I have always struggled to figure out my perfect order at Chipotle - turns out it might be their catering! We ordered catering at work recently and I was amazed at how much food you get and the quality and taste of everything. When a friend was having a birthday, I thought of that work experience immediately. We ordered from this Apex location online and my wife went to pick it up. The person helping her at the store was very friendly, the food was ready to go, he helped her out with several other things, and then even loaded the boxes in the car.
All of our guests were blown away by the amount of food we had - 3 giant cardboard boxes, and the bins just kept on coming! Everything that was supposed to be hot was still hot and the cold things still cold. Everything was packaged well for serving and we had enough utensils to serve and eat. The guests all raved about the flavor of everything, especially the barbacoa.

I recently visited here with my family, and we were disappointed with the way we were treated by the staff. Their behavior felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, unlike other customers around us. This experience was upsetting, and we believe everyone should be treated with respect, regardless of who they are or where they are from!

Best chipotle in Raleigh, will drive an extra fifteen minutes past another chipotle to come to this location, food is on point and customer service is as-well, whatever this location is doing keep doing it!!!

I came in tonight to grab a bowl. The person making my bowl was not happy being there. It feels like she doesn't want to be there. No smile, no joy, no happiness, had an annoyed facial expression. I usually come here and she was not giving the right amount of portions. $10 for a bowl, that wasn't the service and the food I had was worth that much money.

This place was bad to begin with but it has now become even worse somehow. We had largely stopped getting food from here, but had to last night as most other places were closed later in the night. The burrito bowls were horrible and our expectations were low to begin with. They missed several items that we had ordered and refused to acknowledge when we complained. My wife and I have an upset stomach today due to this rancid chipotle location. We will not be back here under any circumstances.

Staff was fantastic. Food was great. Significantly better than the Holly Springs location. The person making the food was friendly. The cashier was all smiles and friendly too. Restaurant was clean. Music wasn't too loud or annoying. It was just a good experience and exactly what I wanted.
The food wasn’t bad, but the wait takes FOREVER and the employees treat you TERRIBLY. You receive attitude when you ask for food, as if you are bothering the employees whose jobs are to help you. Some of the employees would ignore customers (not just me) and pretend to not hear them, even though that was obviously not true. Probably the worst store I have ever been to and I’ve been to some shutty stores.

Love Chipotle food but don't love the restaurant. When we order take out we never know what we're going to get exactly but it's usually close. The restaurant itself is a mess. Food all over the counters and floor like a bomb went off. Tables aren't clean and people are standing around in line right next to you. One time in another restaurant I went into the bathroom and it was a horrific experience. I'd happily pay more for cleaner restaurants.

- would give 0 stars if i could - rice was raw - not welcoming at all, mainly the way they are talking to customers was horrible (especially the employee operating near drive thru) - proportions of ingredients was very small - out of a lot of ingredients
not worth my time and money

Decided to come back here because the last time I came the food was amazing. The chicken was well done and SEASONED. Today, this location was supposed to open at 10:45; they have us waiting outside until almost 10:50. I also observed a girl with dreads , black fitted cap eat one of the pieces of chicken that she was cutting. The looked right at me and she knew that I seen her. I wasn’t going to leave a review , but watching her throw that chicken in her mouth while cutting up the other pieces is where I drew the line. I heard one of the Cashiers call someone name “April” to help out with something. I’m guessing this was the manager on duty at the time.
