We ate at a dirty table.The Italian dressing I got wasn’t sitting in ice and it was warm. It also looked off.The floor was a disaster & filled with trash and food. I didn’t see anyone sweeping the floor tbh.The trash counter by the exit was filthy.The food was decent but it wasn’t very clean or organized.The bathrooms were disgusting. Pee on seats, it looked and felt grossEven though we came late at night it was a 0/10 and the place was PACKED.The variety of the pizza was scarce.A lot of people were coming back up with the same plate the just ate off of. It was disorganized and chaotic.Buffets are hit & misses but this one was awful.0/10

Ordered some breadsticks online for a time 30 from ordering time but weren't ready on time, about 5 minutes wait. Prices are reasonable in today's economy. Will be going back.

Cici used to be everywhere. Not sure why there are few and far between now, but this place was extremely budget friendly for me in college. My go to now is this one in Cary, Smithfield, Burlington, and Colonial Heights. My old suite mate at UNC used to manage this one. The food hasn't changed, my kid loves the arcade. Any type of pizza you want here. The buffet is managed well. I wished the salad bar had bacos, but to be able to get a salad, soup, pizza, brownies, spaghetti, dessert pizza, and drinks, for my family at less than $35 is a family friendly budget. The store is usually clean. It's in a great location, Don't see what you want, ask! They are more than happy to make it, but try some of the off the beaten path creations. You'll find you like some more than you thought. Music can be a bit loud at times. The arcade is nice because my kid can go play games while my wife and I finish eating. Don't feel like a buffet? Then order A la carte. They've got wings and other options not on the buffet. Restrooms are clean. Although they've asked customers to bus there own table. At the price point, that's cool. So go support this restaurant and enjoy good pizza. The chicken noodle soup is amazing!Vegetarian options: It has a complete salad bar.

Over crowded! Not one manager present, dirty floors literally filled with paper and food debris, not one employee sweeping the floor, all of them look angry (no smiling faces). The line was completely out the door but not one employee was addressing customers. DIRTY TABLES, every customer had to wipe down their own tables before eating. The pizza options ARE LAZY, TASTELESS, AND LUKEWARM. I would hate for an emergency to happen in this place because everyone would be trapped. The restaurant is filthy, so please take your money elsewhere. I really can't stress how filthy this place was. DONT DINE HERE
