This location needs a real life manager and not children running the place. Ice cream is hard to mess up, so the food is fine but the service has lacked for YEARS. The staff doesn’t even know the menu and lacks basic customer service and niceties. To the District Manager/Area manager PLEASE address the staffing at this location.

Bought 2 triple pints. Probably got only 5 pints? Not the first time since last few months. Atleast give the box full if you are charging $25 for it. I always tipped even for ready mixes, but this doesn't even justify paying the base price.

The sign behind the register ‘promises’ fun, friendliness and exceptional customer service. no customers were present when we went in and received absolute silence from the 2 male workers, who remained half way into the back room. At the counter, one of them walked up, and I said “hi how are you doing”… I received “what can I get for you”. Even after paying I said thank you, and received no response back. The entire 3 minute visit was a professional display of lack of basic friendliness and professionalism. If you can’t provide the bare minimum of a tiny friendly smile, you should stay at home, or inform corporate to change their ‘promise’ l sign, to say something like “ thanks for stopping by , expect nothing but ice cream, our employees lack any sort of friendliness so don’t expect any. “

Went recently on a weekday at opening. The outside area was a mess, tables and ground. Needs a regular power washing. The bathroom didn’t have paper towels. Poorly managed overall.

This place needs to be fixed up. The ice-cream is good, but not worth coming here for anymore. The fridge has been broken for over a year and is so noisy, the chairs are old and wobbly, the place looks dirty, and the bathroom is out of order.

I recently took my kids to Cold Stone Creamery, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the kids were captivated by the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The wide array of ice cream flavors and mix-ins left them excited and eager to try something new.
The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as the kids made their selections, helping them to choose the perfect combinations. Watching the ice cream being mixed on the cold stone with their chosen toppings was a highlight for them. They loved the interactive experience and couldn’t stop smiling.
As for the ice cream itself, it was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. The kids enjoyed their custom creations, and each bite was met with happy exclamations of how good it was. From the classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla to more adventurous flavors, there was something for everyone.
Overall, our visit to Cold Stone Creamery was a huge success. The kids had a blast, and the delicious ice cream made it a memorable outing for all of us. We can’t wait to come back for more fun and tasty treats!

Very upsetting atmosphere. Tried to order a waffle 20 mins before closing and they told me they were only serving drinks. Why post a closing time, when you are limited to the food? They simply did not want to serve us!
Very disturbing this location does not have sanitation grade displayed and when I ask the employee she stated that she had not seen one. Not only does North Carolina require the inspection they also require the score to be displayed.
