The only problem I have with Culver's is they are too far from my house. The best fast food burger I've had in a while. Gotta try the cheese curds next time.

Service was great food was great, I don’t think that they treat their employees well, I witnessed a manager berate and employee that was just try to help out, she yelled and threatened him with termination in front of everyone. Not very professional. I also feel as though the other staff is under pressure to be extra unnecessarily polite to customers, nobody seems to actually be happy to work there just under pressure to impress management. Great place to eat seems like a bad work environment. Good luck to the employees.

So first off, let me say, we love Culvers. The food is very good. 5 Stars, and the food here at this location, is also very good.....when its prepared how it is ordered. That being said, the reason I am only giving this location 3 stars (i wanted to give 2.5) is because its closing shift employees seem to have severe trouble following directions, 3 visits in a row now. Last night being the worst, we arrived at the drive thru where my 3 year old daughter (who loves burgers now because of Culvers actually) was patiently waiting in the back seat, excited for a good burger. I ordered a Culvers Deluxe Double Cheeseburger meal, everything on it, and a Kids Meal Cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles. We waited in excess of 10 minutes after paying (each time wad 10-15 minutes) for the food to arrive, which doesn't bother me really as long as the order is right. So we get our food, check everything is in the bag and off we go. I get onto the highway and open my burger, it's a single, not a double, and has no condiments and no cheese, both of which I was charged for. My daughter opens her burger, and was so disappointed in it that she tossed it on the floor of my truck and almost cried. Just a plain burger, with lettuce. Nothing else. She ate French fries for dinner and fell asleep upset in the car that her burger wasn't good. I will continue going to Culvers, but I will probably stay away from this location, at least at night, since the last 3 times I have gone I have paid for food and not gotten what I paid for.

Service at this place sucks big time. Kids are running the place and the managers sit there and offer customers coupons for their mistakes. They missed up my order twice and the staff is very rude. They charged me money for the stuff I didn’t order and the food I ordered was not in the bag and all they can do is offer me coupons to come back to this horrible place

I’m from Wisconsin and was practically raised on Culver’s. This location is hands down one of the best ones I’ve been to, beating most in Wisconsin. There’s a reason why they are always busy. Their fries have never been old and stale, always perfectly light and crispy on the outside and creamy smooth inside. Crew is very efficient. I’ve never been greeted at Culver’s in Wisconsin; it was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend.
