They charged me double and then offered a coupon for a free meal. A free meal does not cover the double charge!!!

We recently ordered a salad and a burger that we picked up curbside. The greens in the salad were so wilted and slimy that they were inedible. We called the restaurant to complain and they invited us to come back and pick up another but with the traffic and Olive Chapel Rd closed it was just going to take too long and the rest of our food would get cold.
They offered to send us a coupon for two burger meals which we really appreciated. Over 10 days later, we're still waiting...

I love that Culver's has opened a place near me in NC. I attend college in Wisconsin, and so missed this place. I introduced my husband and daughter to it. Now, it's one of our go-to places when we want delicious comfort food. Our favorite is the cod dinner. It's always crispy and delicious and has generous portions. Don't forget to order sides of cheese sauce for dunking your fries!

I came for the curderburger!! Culver's hits wayyy better than I remember. The onion rings are the crispiest I've ever had!! And of course their shakes/mixers/malts are amazing and thick as well.

Coming to Culver’s, I think it’s a place that is entirely run by the value of their workers. The food is good, the customer service is above and beyond!
However, management is truly a mess. Entire and utter mess. I’ve dined here for the past few years, and I’ve seen the fair share of changes of employees. I witnessed the way the place runs under rushes, and it is not a place that takes great care of the mentality of the employees that their business hinges on. Management, for what I’m seeing, cannot keep their emotions in check. Constant aggression towards the employees, and expect them to serve us with kindness? These are highschoolers, college students, people within our community. Absolutely ridiculous to think we can’t do more about this! I expect much better for a business who does well in this area.
My one-star is in hopes, that the owner, the managers understand that their embarrassing actions are seen by the customers they are seeing. If kindness is what you preach, then it must be unconditional! Do better.

My first time coming Culver's and very likely my last. The service was slow and the food was just decent. The cheese curds were overly salty and almost inedible and my burger was just an average burger.

Me and my wife walked in randomly into Culver's for the very first time and our expectation was just another fast-food chain. We were really surprised by how friendly and happy the staff was. On top of that food was amazing for the price point... they have so many fresh frozen custard desert options! it's like cherry on top ... literally. Culver's has become our new go to lunch destination from now on when we are looking for a quick in/out with quality food options.
