Terrible service. On one occasion order took over 2 hours and second occasion it never showed up, but they said it was delivered after 3 hours. I was on hold for over an hour and never got to a person. They had no issue charging my credit card for pizza never delivered. I submitted a customer service complaint with nothing but a generic response.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We’ve been ordering pizza from this store for at least a year now since it’s the closest, and we always have problems. Most recently, they CANCELLED our order with no warning or reason why. We called at least 6 times to find out why and if we could get a refund quicker or another pizza, and we couldn’t get anyone on the phone. As if they just closed and left with pending orders. We also had another instance a few weeks ago where our pizza still hadn’t arrived 2 hours after our order was placed, and so we called and asked if we could just pick it up… then when we got there they said the delivery driver just left. So we drove a total of 40 minutes for nothing, and got our pizza a whopping 3 hours after we placed a delivery. We still haven’t heard back from our complaints, and really wish we had a closer store to order from. It’s getting really ridiculous. Unfortunately my autistic brother only likes dominos. Personally, I recommend ordering from a different pizza place all together.

EDIT: I dug through other RECENT reviews and saw replies with emails to submit complaints… so I emailed all of them and only 1 out of the 4 I sent got delivered. Absolutely unacceptable.

Absolute worst experience ordering pizza I have ever had. Took over two hours to receive my order, even though the estimated time was 37 minutes. I called the store numerous times to check on the status and was not able to speak to a human—continued to be placed on hold and nobody ever answered. The pizzas, according to the tracker, were finished cooking by an hour before they were delivered (and I live 10 minutes away). Also emailed the person responding in numerous Google reviews and of course have not heard back.

Do not waste your time—a quick glance at the recent reviews will tell you all that you need to know about this location .

Delivery ALWAYS takes over an hour minimum. And it's nearly impossible to reach anyone at the store as nobody ever answers the phone. I spent over 20 minutes combined, waiting for someone to just answer. Never did reach anyone. I just gave up. I genuinely don't understand how this place is still in business. The only pro is that you get 50% off your next order if they deliver after 35 minutes. So you are basically guaranteed half off your next orders every single time.

Extremely slow delivery over an hour at least

I would have given zero stars, but the new manager was on point. My order was never delivered ,but the manager made sure that I got everything that I ordered, and the pizza was good. He made it himself. I will be returning.

I will never order from this store again. Pizzas were supposed to be delivered by 6:02. The pizzas arrived later and were inedible. I asked for both pizzas to be well done. They were terribly undercooked and soggy. The pepperoni on my half cheese and half pepperoni pizza was on the entire pizza minus 2 slices. The other pizza clearly was dropped or fell off the drivers seat as half of the pizza was upside down on top of the other half. Pizzas were cold and gross. I honestly would have been better getting a frozen pizza and popping it in the oven.! Don't waste your money here. They clearly don't take any pride in making their pizzas.

Ordered 9 pizzas online as a future order for my son’s birthday party this weekend. Then with the winter weather predicted, I need to reschedule the order. Domino’s does not allow you to handle this online. Which is crazy. We are expected to call the local store. However this store NEVER answers their phone. I’ve called multiple times and had it on speaker while I do other things and waited for over 30 minutes. No human response. Multiple opened case tickets and the corporate office continues to just say only local stores can cancel an order. They have invested in so many AI options and online systems, yet refuse to handle online future orders with technology. Domino’s must have an escalation path when the local store refuses to answer phones. I have spent way too much time trying to resolve this challenge. If my credit card is charged on Saturday, I will refute. You’ve lost a customer for life if this isn’t resolved and a make good provided. Be warned of this location. Do not use for parties. Wish I had read reviews before selecting them. My local dominos store isn’t like this.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. Received notice my order was delivered except I never received it. The store says it was delivered and then when I told her it’s not delivered here, she put me 10 minutes on hold and then she says: okay, driver will bring it now. Hung up. I had no chance to ask a question. Called back again and she said driver forgot to pick up my order and it has been sitting on the hot counter. This has been an hour now and so I decided I want my money back. When I asked for her name she hung up again. This domino store does not deserve anyone’s business.

We thought we would give the Apex Dominoes another chance. Several weeks ago, our pizzas from Dominoes were awful. They had very little sauce, few toppings, and were overcooked. This time, nearly half of the pizzas had NO Toppings on them at all!! No one reached out to me when this happened a few weeks ago. Hopefully, I will hear from a manager this time. Skip this Dominoes and order from somewhere else!

I had placed a delivery order for my child’s birthday party for 8 pizzas. It was a $90 order. After a hour went by with no update on the app I tried to Call, no answer. I called 7 more times and again never got anyone to answer. After a hour and 30 minutes of waiting I got a notification that my order had been cancelled and to call for any questions. I then tried to call 4 more times with again no answer. I’ll never order from here again and the management of this location clearly doesn’t know how to manage. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years I know how busy places can get but I have never cancelled someone’s order especially a big order and or someone who was waiting almost 2 hours. I wouldn’t be as mad if someone would’ve answered the phone. Extremely disappointed.

We used to get good service from this Dominos. But recently, our orders have been extremely late, with no follow-up from the store. My husband was on hold for ages trying to check. Our most recent order was being "quality checked" for over 40 minutes. Perhaps they are overloaded with orders?

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. 2 were delivered/dropped off at my door. Called the store to let them know we didn't receive the 3rd pizza. I was on hold for 11 mins and then hung up on. Called back and waited 30 minutes on hold and finally hung up. On a Monday. Guys, I know you're not that busy....
