Domino's Pizza

Great, fresh toppings but I wish they’d have said they were cutting the thin one into tiny useless pieces. Disappointed. Round pizzas are cut like a pie. Pizza is a rare choice for us. I was expecting a slice. Mine was burnt- the box to the side is all the burnt parts. The thicker one was great. I guess in future we’ll note: please do not cut weirdly & do not burn. Otherwise, it was champion.

Super bowl day.. stay away from this dominos... I was stuck at this location for 1.5 hours with 50+ orders and they prioritize deliveries over walk ins... It was crazy half game by the time i got back.... SUPER BOWL!!

Both Rene J and Mike always do a great job of getting me a delicious pizza every single time I have been to the west Williams, Apex store. Hats off to both of them and this comes from a very satisfied customer. Thanks once again RJ and Mike.

Mackenzie deserves a big raise if Domino’s truly cares about customer service; I only Oder from this location and she has made the BEST pizza our family has ever had. Eating a slice of such quality definitely makes me want to return to this particular store. Also, the rest of the team was outstanding. (01/28/2025). Great energy and very welcoming

I went into the place on my lunch break was surprised nobody said hello or even said it back to me to break the silence. I went in the bathroom and their soap dispenser was broken but had soap so not very good for the employees to wash their hands. I picked up my order from the guy and it just seemed like they all didn’t want to be there and angry with each other no team chemistry. I know it’s tough to be always cheery but if a customer has to try to cheer the employees up and it still has no effect on their attitude I don’t think a person like that should be working in the food service industry. I wanted to go to the one 10 minutes away with a better review but was forced to settle with this 3 star restaurant. The Parmesan bread bites were delicious and hot but the pizza was well done and kind of burnt the cheese. Also it was very inconvenient they didn’t cut the pizza at all good thing I got napkins though.

12/20/24:

Very disappointed at how little Italian Sausage was on our pizza. Many slices did not have any sausage on them at all. See my picture. This was something that we paid extra for too.

The pizza was really good. I found the wings a little small, but they were probably priced appropriately.

My only annoyance was I used the app to let the store know I was there. Then when I went in, the person working at the end asked which order I was there for. As I sat inside I saw the tracker move from baking to quality control to ready. After about five minutes in the ready status, I had to go up to the counter to inquire. The pizza and wings were sitting on the warming rack. Why was my name not immediately called considering I checked in with the app AND with the person? It wasn't busy either, the person at the end was standing around most of the time.

Ridiculous that any order over $20 that you want to pay in cash cannot be used for your rewards points, no problem I'll walk to papa johns across the street, extremely rude staff, last time I come here

I want my money back. My order 12/6/24 took over 2 hours. I tried to call multiple times but no one answers & I gave up after being on hold for 23+ minutes the last time.

Order placed: 7:51pm
Entered oven: 8:54pm
Entered quality check: 9:00pm
Sat in quality check getting cold until: 9:40pm

Never thought I’d waste my time reviewing a national chain but the experience & lack of customer service were that bad.

I want a refund, this was truly a miserable experience. Seems like your managers are too scared to take calls because it’s all customers calling to complain about how horrible everything is.

My delivery driver was very nice.

I "reached out" to the email address provided by the bot, and was offered a free pizza. LoL How about a full refund for the burnt and partial order? There were refunds issued to other customers in the store, and denied to us.

DO NOT USE THIS DOMINOES LOCATION

We ordered 2 hours ago and have been on hold for over 30 minutes and still no one has answered. I spent $70 on food I can’t get. Screw Dominoes there are so many other quality pizza places here that actually answer the phone and have pizza to your door in 30 minutes.

Drove to the store only to be ignored and the place is packed. 2.25 hrs and still no food

Impressively bad service

We’ve attempted to give this store several opportunities hoping that the times we ordered pizzas were just tough nights for the store employees. Today, however, was quite disappointing. We ordered a pizza at 7:50pm and it sat in “prep” until 8:59pm. We attempted to call the store twice and received no answer both times. By the time pizza arrived my youngest daughter had fallen asleep. Punctuality and communication is severely lacking.

Update: It took two hours for 1 medium pizza and cheese bread to be delivered.

Pizza was cold. Every slice was also uncut 2/3 way into middle. And one side of the Pizza was 50% CRUST w/o cheese or toppings. NOT what kiddo wants!

I dont understand all these negative reviews. I have ordered delivery from here 12 times over the past month. The ONE time they sent me a pie with a gigantic bubble in it they immediately sent out another one to replace it with no questions asked. The pizza is above your average dominos pizza I'd say. Compared to the other "Chain" options up and down the road this place blows it out of the park.
