I had a disappointing experience with my recent Domino’s order at this location. I ordered two pizzas — a Pacific Veggie and a Buffalo Chicken — but both were made incorrectly. The veggie pizza had buffalo sauce added, and the Buffalo Chicken had no chicken or buffalo sauce at all.
I reported the issue and was asked to send photos, which I did. When I visited the store a few days later, the manager acknowledged the mistake and promised to credit both pizzas to my account. However, when I called a week later to redeem the credit, I was told there was no record of it. Even after speaking to the same manager and contacting Domino’s customer service, nothing was resolved. I received a message saying my case was closed, but I never got a call back or my replacement pizzas.
Very disappointed with how this was handled — I expected better customer service and accountability from Domino’s.

So many issues going on with this store. First thing they tell you the status on the orders on the screens are not accurate, so regardless if you get a notification that tour pizza is ready it is not accurate. I waited about 20 min after I received notification.
Personnel look so disorganized, order slips everywhere and they seem to be barely keeping up; they were arguing with each other which really turns into a bad experience and bad food quality.

I ordered my food and the lady had a angry face and look at me for ordering 2 XL pizza, and I can hear she smashed the in the kitchen, like I did something to upset her,

I ordered an extra-large pizza, but seemed they gave me a large instead. The “extra-large” pizza came with just eight very narrow slices. It feels like they’re running the 50% off coupon and making up the difference by reducing the pizza size. On top of that, they don’t offer chili flakes or any basic condiments without charging extra. Overall, disappointing experience.

Unprofessional rude and unreliable. Had a scary bad experience on Halloween night. I had ordered 17 pizzas for a kids party at my house. I received the msg tht order is ready. When i went to the store and asked for pizza they told me someone called and cancelled the order. I asked them who called and on what order number? They dint have any answers. 2-3 employees came and argued the order is cancelled but no one had concrete evidence to support it. Then i asked them to check in their system. After lot of back and forth the person did check and said the order is not cancelled in the system. Also the pizzas were already made but they just dint want to give me. Looked like all employees were interested in takin those pizzas. Finally i got pizzas but it was last min and my guests waiting at home I can’t rely on Dominos for party food. Forget being nice with customers they r very rude and unprofessional.

Two days in a row they opened late. The second time the girl working there just opened the door, didn't say a word, and went back to ignoring me and the other gentleman standing there. After being there for fifteen minutes in total standing at a locked door and then standing at the cash register without one word spoken to me, I walked out.

Bad experience! I placed an order for a event and confirmed the delivery and timing 3 times. The general manager Mr. Carly was unprofessional in accepting their mistake and hung up the phone after arguing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to order your pizza. If you don’t want your order messed up please don’t go here
Got suckered away from my preferred pizza restaurant by a big promotional deal they’re running. Six toppings, and extra sauce because I’ve always liked it and it’s the soul of a pizza. Two of the toppings had quite literally about 2-3 pieces each on the pizza and boy did I look for any others under the cheese. I’d say “cheese and sauce,” but there was barely any sauce at all on the pie, much less EXTRA sauce I’d ordered. Reported the problem on the app and it robo-offered a couple of options- both of which required either one of their loyalty accounts or a future order, or both. I declined both because I’m just not ordering Domino’s again. Ever. The “special deal” pizza? I could’ve gotten two of my frozen supermarket favorites for the price and they both would have tasted about the same.

Worst service I have ever had at a pizza place. Tracker says 11-21 minutes and it takes over an hour every single time. The workers are no help and just say “it’s not ready we can’t do anything”. The person that reaches out to you in the reviews also does nothing.

Terrible. Waited 20 minutes to talk to the manager on the phone to add to order from the last time the screwed up and no one ever answered the phone.
As usual great pizza for it's price.
