Two days in a row they opened late. The second time the girl working there just opened the door, didn't say a word, and went back to ignoring me and the other gentleman standing there. After being there for fifteen minutes in total standing at a locked door and then standing at the cash register without one word spoken to me, I walked out.

Bad experience! I placed an order for a event and confirmed the delivery and timing 3 times. The general manager Mr. Carly was unprofessional in accepting their mistake and hung up the phone after arguing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to order your pizza. If you don’t want your order messed up please don’t go here

Got suckered away from my preferred pizza restaurant by a big promotional deal they’re running. Six toppings, and extra sauce because I’ve always liked it and it’s the soul of a pizza. Two of the toppings had quite literally about 2-3 pieces each on the pizza and boy did I look for any others under the cheese. I’d say “cheese and sauce,” but there was barely any sauce at all on the pie, much less EXTRA sauce I’d ordered. Reported the problem on the app and it robo-offered a couple of options- both of which required either one of their loyalty accounts or a future order, or both. I declined both because I’m just not ordering Domino’s again. Ever. The “special deal” pizza? I could’ve gotten two of my frozen supermarket favorites for the price and they both would have tasted about the same.

Oh, except they’d also have sauce.

Worst service I have ever had at a pizza place. Tracker says 11-21 minutes and it takes over an hour every single time. The workers are no help and just say “it’s not ready we can’t do anything”. The person that reaches out to you in the reviews also does nothing.

Terrible. Waited 20 minutes to talk to the manager on the phone to add to order from the last time the screwed up and no one ever answered the phone.

App says pizza was ready 15 minutes ago. I’m still standing at the register. No pizza anytime soon apparently. This Dominos has some serious issues

Same experience with someone mentioned , no one takes care of my curbside pickup, I would suggest the owner if you don’t want to offer this kind of service then don’t make it as an option. I will send my order to another store.

Great, fresh toppings but I wish they’d have said they were cutting the thin one into tiny useless pieces. Disappointed. Round pizzas are cut like a pie. Pizza is a rare choice for us. I was expecting a slice. Mine was burnt- the box to the side is all the burnt parts. The thicker one was great. I guess in future we’ll note: please do not cut weirdly & do not burn. Otherwise, it was champion.

Super bowl day.. stay away from this dominos... I was stuck at this location for 1.5 hours with 50+ orders and they prioritize deliveries over walk ins... It was crazy half game by the time i got back.... SUPER BOWL!!

Both Rene J and Mike always do a great job of getting me a delicious pizza every single time I have been to the west Williams, Apex store. Hats off to both of them and this comes from a very satisfied customer. Thanks once again RJ and Mike.

Mackenzie deserves a big raise if Domino’s truly cares about customer service; I only Oder from this location and she has made the BEST pizza our family has ever had. Eating a slice of such quality definitely makes me want to return to this particular store. Also, the rest of the team was outstanding. (01/28/2025). Great energy and very welcoming
