I don’t usually write reviews for the places I visit, but this time I decided to because I felt so disappointed with the customer service and food. First, the cashier didn’t even greet me and took my order with an unfriendly attitude. I ordered a sandwich with cheese, it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. I asked if they could please put it in the microwave to warm it up. When they handed it back, it smelled burnt—apparently they used the toaster instead of the microwave. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this store. It’s a shame it’s only three minutes from my house.

Carla was incredibly rude during my visit. I had a mobile order for the drive-thru, and when I got to the window she started yelling, “I DON’T HAVE THAT ORDER,” at me and at her coworkers. She rushed me through the drive-thru and didn’t even take a moment to check if the order was placed. Completely unprofessional. If you’re looking for friendly service, I do NOT recommend this Dunkin’!!!

Terrible service this morning by Teryah in the drive thru window. Very snappy, unprofessional and clueless about what order belonged to customers!

I usually come to this location about 3 times a week but the new girl at the window has been a little rude. I started driving to the other Dunkin location!

I stopped by today around 2:00pm, but the female employee in the drive -thru was rude in tone. I was put off so I left without ordering. I’ll stick to my usual spots.

I ordered two dozens and can’t pick what I want. I understand it’s busy in the morning and asking them pack two dozens of glazed donuts in 4 boxes is a bit too much to ask. I fully understand and respect .

Stopped by and ordered the ham and cheese croissant sand-which. Took one bite out of it. It was cold. Returned to inside the store. Told the unfriendly uncaring employee. She reheated the sandwhich I already bit into. Disgusting. She was also complaining of other customers in the drive thru that was picky. I’m very disappointed. .
