this morning, I walked into the store and stood there for several minutes while staff members walked by caught eyes and didn't say a word to me. finally, someone actually said something to me after about five minutes and after I had ordered from the kiosk. I just wanted to let somebody know that there's a serious lack of hospitality at this location.

I ordered a shaken expresso and they had given me an iced coffee that looked nothing like a shaken expresso that I’ve gotten in several different Dunkins i asked them if this was right and they said it was when it was obviously not. After being ignored in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Not only was my shaken expresso bad but my energy was half full

Really abysmal customer service. Around 11:45am today I ordered a cappuccino and a donut at the drive-thru. As I’m driving away from the screen, I notice that it says “3 French Vanilla Swirl” underneath my cappuccino (I had not asked for french vanilla swirl).

I drive up to the window thinking maybe they hit the wrong button, but decide to ask just to be sure. I clarify whether they put 3 french vanilla swirl in my drink, and it turns out they did. That’s fine, people mess up orders all the time, it’s nothing more than a minor annoyance. The employee’s reaction, however, was not fine, and is the reason I’m writing this review.

Instead of “whoops, sorry, I’ll remake that for you,” the employee glares at me as if this is my fault, and rudely snaps “I’m gonna have to remake this now” before slamming the window shut. Rude, I think, but that’s not the worst part. She comes back with another drink, which I quickly take and drive off, eager to be done with this unpleasant interaction. I’ve attached a picture of what I received, and to be clear, I had not taken a single sip before taking the picture. She gave me a coffee that was maybe 60% full, including the foam. Based on her nasty attitude, I can’t help but feel this was done intentionally. She acted as if it was MY fault she made my drink wrong, and this felt like retaliation. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and stunningly bad customer service.

So bad experience. I ordered some donuts in store via computer. I’ve been wait for a long time. No body told me the donuts I wanted run out until I asked them. Will never come!

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at any Dunkin ever... Scratch that any dining/food place ever. I walked in to an almost empty dining area and thought I would be in and out. Not one employee smiled or acknowledged me for like 5 minutes. Then said someone would help me in a minute waited 5 more minutes not 1 look in my direction. So I decided to go ahead and order from the touch screen ( so I could at least get my order in). Waited another 10 minutes finally got my coffee's and thought they should get the rest any minute. Another 10 minutes I was over it. I'm not a confrontational person but as 1 employee walked toward the donuts near the front counter a loudly said "can I just get my donuts I ordered more than 20 minutes ago" little was said back to me. No sorry nothing basically what did you want? All they paid attention to was the drive thru. Rude and horrible customer service. I have actually ran multiple Dunkins up north. This place will never get another dime from me.

The dining area was dirty. Counters and floor covered in drink and sugar. Staff very slow and rude. Emploees had no sense of urgency and were nit working together to get through orders. Only 1 customer in the store when I arrived and still had to wait over 15 mins
