If you'd like service at the counter inside because your kid likes to pick their own donut, go elsewhere. The drive thru does a great job, but that's all they do. They ignore the counter. A 17 minute wait to get my kid his 'you were brave at the doctors office ' donut. Two times prior instood in line and left empty handed because I simply wasn't happy being ignored.

No one took to go order...went to window...teen girl saw us but never acknowledged me. No line in store. She just kept fumbling with cups. Finally coworker came over and we oderd-2 quarts of hand packed icecream. Rather than letting us know there would be a long wait ..I guess there were no pre packed quarts in requested flavors we sat at Drive through for over 5 minutes. No one ever offered an explanation b/c we would have asked what flavors were already packaged.. We paid no thank you kiss my foot or anything. Training about customer service common courtesy needed. Not likely to return. This was Sunday March 3 around 7:15 pm.

Pretty sure Dunkin/BR only hires people who don't want to do anything. First, empty your trash bin! That's nasty. Second, if you have 6 people in the place waiting maybe you should have the other person to help you out. Not just stand there counting donuts or whatever he was doing. Not the worst I've been to though. That trophy belongs to Cameron, NC. Icecream is great. Donuts are yuck but that's my personal (southern) opinion.

Took 23 minutes in the drive through. 23. Minutes. If I was on my own time, I would show more grace towards the situation, but I was on the way to work and was late because of it. All I ordered was one little iced coffee. Of course it wasn’t even made right. I love Dunkin, but this location really needs help.

I love going to Dunkin' every morning to get my iced coffee! The staff is fantastic! They know my order by heart, and they always have smiles on their faces, even at 5 in the morning. This is my favorite Dunkin' in the area, and they never disappoint!

Been at that location on Route 55 twice but that was it for me! The first time I was served uninspiring chow but I ate it because I was hungry and in a hurry! Last time, about 2 weeks ago, I drove to the window for three sandwiches and coffee hoping it'd better this time! However, for some reason the servers took too long to open the window but when they did, a strong whiff of marijuana came out of it! I was in shock! Anyway, there were two college age kids, a male and a female, the female handed me the food, but she forgot the napkins so I ask for some. I drove away angry at the fact that the employees were smoking pot in the workplace, of all places, while serving food and that's probably why they took so long to open the window hoping the smell would dissipate! Seconds later while driving away and taking the sandwiches out of the bag, I realized the employees missed one of the sandwiches!!! So I drove back to get it! To add insult to injury, the food was bad again! The same tasteless, greasy, unappealing looking fare I wouldn't give to my dog! I believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, but after my experience I would not go to that location anymore! I just hope those two get laid off and management improve the quality of their food and find people who really want to work and have work ethics! No more DD in Apex for me!

Jules took our order, everything was as ordered and good. Thank you.Also, given that every vendor selling anything nowadays seems to coerce you into tipping before you even know if the service was good with crazy "suggestions" of tips up to 30%!, it was nice that DD doesn't do that. You pay without a tip suggestion thrown in your face. And you don't have to feel like your food or beverage is a target for not tipping before you can decide if they deserve one. Thanks DD. Going to leave a good 15% tip in the jar now. The correct tip amount for good service.

Unhygienic place, rude customer service, poor listening at the drive through. Every time give wrong order, because of poor listening. Some time needs to face some morons at the drive through, without any reason she (one skinny moron) will argue with you. So overall my review is, please stay away from this place until the management to remove this moron from this location, to take care of your health and mind.It was a good place but now become worst mainly because of some bad employees in this location. There are some good people (thanks to them!) also working in this place, but one or two bad employees spoil the entire location service standards. "MANAGEMENT PLEASE WAKE UP AND FIX IT".

Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to you in North Carolina, this location has by far been the best service and quality of food. They are so sweet and they are super quick and efficient!

Came in about 15 minutes till closing kids asked for a milkshakes, why at this hour not sure. Asked to order took the young red girl with freckles and hair all over the place a few minutes to acknowledge me. I asked to order a milkshake and she said she didn’t know if I could the. She asked what I wanted, I told her two milkshakes she made one I told her I paid for two that is what I asked for and rudely slamming things around she made the other one I paid for. So yes horrible horrible customer service. I was owed 4 Pennie’s and asked I wanted the change. No I did not want the change I was owed. This generation lazy as hell.
