Requested to replace bacon with chicken they simply denied before they used to provide it server had an attitude so i left the table. They could have made one time exception or something to address before i leave so now won’t be coming here anymore

Excellent food...great fun staff, just right amt of customers when we visited.The best poached egg I had in a long time.? The pancakes were delicious and totally eaten. ?Have told friends about EUG, and will continue to. And when the opportunity arises, will be back!!!!?????

I will never come here again. I left cash on the table.To pay for the bill. With way over 20% tip. Server comes out the restaurant as I am walking to my car asking if I paid. Instead of assuming immediately or checking the table.

Very busy so will cut the service staff some slack. We got our food before the silverware and napkins. Asked for refills on coffee but didn't get it until well after food was gone. Group of 4 adults, one had pancakes and one waffles which they both liked. The other two orders, an omelet and eggs Benedict were cold. Didn't make a big deal of it, but we were both disappointed. Cheese in an omelet needs to be a bit melty, not cold. I see cold food mentioned in other reviews so this has been an issue for awhile and not a one time thing. This was our first and sadly last visit.
