My husband and I tried Roman style pizza here, for the first time and we loved it! Fresher and lighter than NY style pizza (although we still love NY style), very satisfying because of the taste and quality of the ingredients in the Parma and Burrata pizzas that we ordered!
Claudio who is from Rome made the experience even better as he prepared our order and explained about the special dough which is the perfect base for the gourmet toppings!
We will be return customers!
Stopped by the Frasketta food truck on my way through downtown this afternoon, ordered 2 pizzas and had to post a review. Claudio knows a thing or 2 about Romana pizza. His pomodoro sauce is delicious, the light crust comes with serious crunch and the toppings are top tier. The Carnivora is perfectly spiced with hot honey. And I was genuinely surprised by how large the personal sizes are, very reasonably priced. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.
The crust was crispy; toppings plentiful. Great flavor! Delicious pizza and online ordering and pick up was easy! We’ll be back! 5 stars!
