Edit:
Tried carnivore as well, still think Diavola is my fav.
Also took me 2,3 visits to find the new place so I uploaded a video about where they are!

Finally got to try it! The pizza is so amazing that makes me feel like I probably never eat a real Italian pizza until today. It is so fresh, so perfect. The owner said he came from Rome and he is proud of his pizza.

We got Burrata and Diavola, both are amazing. Personally I prefer Diavola more (just because I love meat lol), and I’m definitely coming back to try other flavors!!!

It’s not cheap but worth every single penny!

Another treasure in downtown Apex, this gem of a pizzeria sits behind Peak & Vine on N. Salem Street. So happy I found it as the pizza was amazingly delicious. The crust is so good.

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. It's true Rome style, ingredients brought in from Italy, and the crunch of the crust is perfection.

A truly unique pizza experience. I've become disenfranchised from the other pizza options around since all their pizza tastes the exact same. Frasketta to the rescue! Pizza made fresh plus so unique. The owner is also super friendly. Im so happy this gem is in Apex!

Best pizza I have had along with a place in Chicago and a place in Rome. Crust holds up well to toppings. A little heat but not overbearing. The owner imports the flour from Italy so that gives you some idea of how serious he is about his food.

A Hidden Gem Worth Sharing

I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. We now order pizza from here at least once a week — it’s become a tradition in our home. It all started when we got tired of the usual local pizza spots and came across this gem during a search.

At first, I had trouble finding it because I was looking for a restaurant and ended up discovering a food truck instead. But wow that first bite changed everything. The crust was perfectly crisp, the ingredients incredibly fresh it instantly transported me back to Italy.

Even my kids have fallen in love with this pizza. We look forward to it every week. I genuinely hope you open a storefront someday, so we can enjoy the same amazing pizza with a glass of wine.

This place is a hidden gem, the best pizza experiences we’ve ever had.

This is easily the best pizza I’ve had around here. You can tell they use real, quality ingredients. The dough is super good. The marinara sauce has a ton of flavor, and the olive oil they use gives it that extra something. The cheese is also fresh and melty. Can’t recommend it enough.

Frasketta – what a special find!
The crust on this pizza was fantastic—made from 100% Italian wheat. It was light, airy, and crispy, and you can really taste the difference. The sauce was perfect, and all the ingredients were incredibly fresh.

How lucky are we to have this little slice of Italy right here in Apex? And even better, there’s a great wine bar called Peak of the Vine right next door. We brought our pizza in and enjoyed a glass of wine after. It felt special and cool—such a good combo. Totally recommend it.
