Haraz Coffee is truly a standout brand that offers an unparalleled coffee experience for enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike. From the very first sip, you can tell that this coffee has been crafted with great care and expertise. The beans are sourced from high-quality regions, ensuring a rich and authentic flavor profile that is both complex and satisfying. What sets Haraz Coffee apart is its meticulous roasting process, which brings out the unique notes of each batch—whether it’s fruity undertones, a hint of chocolate, or a smooth, nutty finish. The aroma alone is enough to awaken your senses and prepare you for a delightful coffee moment.
Beyond the taste, Haraz Coffee’s packaging reflects their dedication to freshness and quality, keeping the beans protected and flavorful until you’re ready to brew. The brand also shows a strong commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability, which adds an extra layer of value to every cup. Whether you’re brewing a quick morning cup or taking the time to savor a slow pour-over, Haraz Coffee delivers consistency and excellence every time.
Customer service is another area where Haraz Coffee shines. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about coffee, which makes the entire experience—from purchase to brewing—smooth and enjoyable. For anyone who appreciates the art of coffee, Haraz Coffee is more than just a beverage; it’s a journey into the rich world of coffee culture. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their coffee routine with a brand that truly cares about quality, flavor, and sustainability. It’s a coffee experience that keeps you coming back for more, cup after cup.

Apex Coffee House Haraz is easily one of the best coffee spots in the Apex area. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax, study, or catch up with friends. The menu has a really nice variety, and everything I’ve tried has been high quality and well made. You can tell they actually care about consistency and presentation, not just rushing drinks out.
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. The staff is friendly and professional, and Iyad deserves special recognition. He’s attentive, respectful, and always makes sure orders are done right. He takes the time to help customers and creates a positive experience without feeling forced or scripted. Service like that genuinely makes a difference and keeps people coming back.
Overall, Apex Coffee House Haraz delivers on both great coffee and great customer service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable café with a good atmosphere and employees who actually care.

Our first visit to Haraz Coffee House was great. The pistachio latte was rich, creamy, and full of pistachio flavor — you could really taste it. The customer service was also excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and even brought our order to the table since it was marked to-here. That experience is the main reason we decided to come back.
Unfortunately, the second visit was a big disappointment. The pistachio latte tasted completely different — watered down and almost flavorless, with barely any pistachio taste at all. It was NOTHING like what we had the first time, which was frustrating, especially considering the price.
We also ordered a mango fruit dessert, and that was another letdown. It was $14, extremely small, and honestly not good. Definitely not worth the price — it felt very overpriced for the portion and quality.
On top of that, the customer service was noticeably worse this time. Even though the place was practically empty, we kept having to get up and ask for basic things like tissues and straws. The “tissues” were just regular paper towel rolls you’d buy at the store, which felt odd for a café like this. Compared to our first visit — where staff checked on us and brought items to our table — this felt like a big step down.
Consistency matters, both in food and service. Sadly, this visit didn’t match our first experience at all, and it makes it hard to want to return.

I was visiting my friend for the holidays and saw this cute place. I ended up liking it so much I stopped by all three days I was in town. Friendly service and cozy vibe!

It's a very pretty location and it has a lot of promise. The prices are quite steep, for drinks and food alike. The service was really unimpressive, though. The cashier couldn't identify any of the pastries I asked about, nor provide information about the flavor or ingredients involved. The utensils also needed to be restocked.

Purchased Adani Karak Chai and Rose Milk Cake. The Rose Milk Cake was spoiled and smelled horrible.
This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue. The first time, I was in the café and could return it; this time I noticed it only after bringing it home.
There was no packaging date or best-by date on the cake. For food safety and quality, these details should be clearly included.
