Shout out to Ava and Jamie at this Apex IHOP for being the MVPs this Black Friday! These two hardworking and responsible ladies were the only two out of a whole crew who showed up to work after Thanksgiving, but rather than close the location they did an incredible job running a busy dinner hour all on their own and were extremely considerate and communicative about everything. Ava even managed to answer my phone call I had originally made to ask if they were open despite waiting on 5+ tables at the same time—and it was her third day on the job! Jamie was also no slouch in the kitchen either. Props to the both of them for all of their hard work- they deserve so much praise and recognition for carrying the world on their shoulders tonight.
Wait time was very reasonable, hospitality was stellar and food was served hot and just as ordered. Franchiser- you are very lucky to have them on staff!

If I could give a zero star I would. The worst service I’ve had in a long time. Our waitress would disappear for at least 10 mins each time. Then said the kitchen was having issues. We have been waiting for 1hr 45min plus for our food after being sat at the table. We were party of 7. While parties of 2 would be sat after us but received food before us. I WILL NEVER visit this location again.

This was the most terrible experience for breakfast when we got there our drinks we ordered water and lemon the water came with no lemon the waitress told me she didn't have enough room to put the lemon in the water then we order breakfast and one of the substitute the pancakes for french toast and we're up charged for that and still didn't get the pancakes since we didn't they didn't replace them they just charged us additional for the French toast then my daughter's order was wrong they took it away and then brought it back she had ordered toast to go with her eggs the toast was hard as a brick and she got one slice of bread for two eggs the food was horrible and then the waitress brought me to pad the sign and had automatically entered her tip I would never ever recommend this place to eat it was $42 for one of the worst practices I ever had

We had a large Togo order this morning for over $100 dollars worth of food. It was barely worth $30. The cinnastack pancakes had no cream cheese icing on them and barely any cinnamon smear. The fajita omelette was missing the peppers and onions and they just threw it on the side. They gave us a tablespoon full of gravy for each entree that had gravy on it.

An absolute disaster! Ordered three items right off the menu, no customizations. They messed all three of the orders, took 30 mins to get some standard kids pancakes and they aren’t what the menu says. What in the world is this place doing. Common man, have some common sense. There are 4 tables around us, who got their orders but not ours.
