Food : cold, not crispy, their popular sauce is just a mess of spice and garlic. Very little fries.Ranch is like milk and water.Service : 5 stars there. Ordered and within 8 minutes it was done. I can’t fault the girls working there for the kitchens errors.Never again tho.

Ordered two different nights for wings. One through the website and one through Doordash. Both times the orders were processed but never fulfilled.I went to pickup one night and the store looked like it was closed. Order said to pickup at 8:45. I waited until 9:05 and someone form the store came out and said kitchen has been closed since 8PM and the order should not have gone through.This is a lot of work for mediocre wings.

Ordered to go which we have done before. Tonight the wings were ok, pretty dry with little to no sauce. But the amount of fries compared to previous orders looked like 1 order split between 4 people. The ranch had been watered down and was the consistency of milk. Overall my kids who never complain, asked for something else. Disappointed in quality. There is no consistency, sometimes great, sometimes terrible.

Boneless wings were heavily breaded, frozen nuggets that were barely covered with sauce- you could tell the sauce was poured on top of them, only covering some of the nuggets. I wouldn’t water your time on these boneless wings. Didn’t try the bone in wings. Sweet sriracha sauce was very good!

Needs improvement. Old curly fries and old chicken wings. Both tasted old like when you leave food in the heat lamp for hours.Don't be cheap or lazy and fry some fresh food.

It was so dry that even the sauce it was coated in could not make it edible.Edit: In response to the owner's question: The issue was not the amount of sauce - It was doused in sauce, but the wings were so overcooked and so dry that no amount of sauce could save it. It was ordered for pick up.

We used to get this once a week until they changed the way they price their wings. You can no longer buy a one person meal. They doubled the price and quantity. That means 2 people can’t get 2 different types of wings or one person has to get twice as much as they want. They also don’t have bone in wings anymore. Maybe they’re phasing out this location.
