The two young guys working 12/16 were great. Attentiveness and patience were on point, especially since I'm a little slow sometimes. I just wanted to point out the good, instead of the bad. That's all I see nowadays. Good job guys!

I usually have a good experience I mean come on its sandwich shop, it’s hard to mess up the customer experience. I went in today and got my usual only this time the guy decides to put 4 call in sandwiches in front of my sandwich. I suppose the guy expects me to wait there while the young guy with the dirty gloves, slowly made these call in sandwiches. Come on man. Im standing in front of you.

Order was wrong, so I wanted a refund, which was not a big deal. While I’m explaining what happened, which I did very calmly, I’m getting glared at by whoever in the back made my sandwich. It seemed I was being blamed for his mistake. Didn’t order that either but thanks. You charge $20 for a sandwich. People expect it to be correct. Deal with it.

Walked in on Sunday 04/07/2024 after church, the older gentleman was very welcoming. The young man making the sub was not very talkative and barely acted like he wanted to interact with me. He wore glasses and had a very youthful face. It’s important that this doesn’t happen often because i do conduct secret shopping experiences and report back to corporate offices. This is a place that has a great reputation and you want to keep it that way.
I've been to this location multiple times from lunch to dinner and have never had any complaints. I've always been greeted with friendly smiles and great attitudes every visit. The food can't be beat if you want a great sub! All in all, you can't beat Jersey Mike's!
Parking: Parking lot is huge so plenty of spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right in front of store and ramp as well for easy access
