This is probably the best Jersey Mikes I’ve ever visited. This location on US 64 in Apex does a fantastic job! They greeted me upon entering, they were highly respectful and made my tuna fish sub with a smile. They told me “safe travels” and told me to visit them again very soon. The experience was very pleasant from start to finish.. the tuna fish was so much fresher here than at other locations. Absolutely delicious 🤤 wish I could give more stars

Service was slow. I came in around 11:50am and waited almost 10 minutes to give my order (chicken salad). The owner and crew proceeded to build sandwiches for to go orders instead of taking care of guests in the store.

We usually order tuna fish, but this time, it wasn't as good as the last four times we had it. We think maybe less salt which we have to watch. It was just a bit more liquid than usual. We will still frequent JM as always.
Stood in line for 15 minutes watching them make catering and to go orders. In the end it was 30 minutes to get two sandwiches, and it wasn't busy in the store because people kept leaving rather than wait.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s. When I walked in, the staff completely ignored me, and when they finally looked at me they acted like I was a burden. No greeting, no friendliness—just bad attitude. Customer service should be a priority, but it felt like they didn’t want to be there or serve customers. If management cares about their reputation, they need to address how their staff treats people. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Is this what happens with private equity buys my favorite sandwich chain? Has the franchisee just left this location to autonomously implode?
I expect Jersey Mike’s to be “cost cut” into oblivion and sold for parts before too long.
Blackstone and other private equity firms are the worst part of this country.
