STOP! DO NOT COME HERE! Fool me 12 times shame on you! Unfortunately, this is the only KFC in our area so we’re forced to go here when we want it. Multiple times we do not get the total number of chicken we order (which now I see from multiple reviews that this is standard practice) I order an extra gravy that was a quarter full, and the other being 3/4 full so 1 for the price of 2. Have ordered from this location a dozen times and have never received a complete order. Either stay away from this location or inspect and count everything you order. Today it took 30 minutes for them to not give me a complete order.

Service is very slow, and for the second time in a row (2 months apart) the chicken and fries are both gross, because they clearly haven't been changing out the oil in the fryers like they should be.

I went through the drive thru. 1st at the drive through it tells you that they can only take cards due to a cash shortage??? I think ok no big deal... I pay with a credit card.. I ask for a reciept..they say they are out of paper... I tell them I need a receipt for my expense report. They tell me I will need to come back tomorrow to get one. So I tell them to remove the charge from my account... they said they can't do that.....I will need to come back tomorrow and the manager can do it. So I go ahead and get the food but requested a call from the manager...we will see if that happens. I get back to my hotel and go to eat. Pulled it out and you could tell it was some dried up pieces of chicken. The gravy was totally solidified on
the mashed potatoes....totally disgusting meal. I will definitely be retuning it tomorrow and getting the fees removed from my card. I guess I will be eating at the hotel tonight. I can probably even get a receipt....I don't see where I can add pictures or I would have.

The worst KFC I have ever had…the chicken was so greasy it was wet with skin falling off. Some of the drumsticks appeared to have either burst from being cooked too long or had large chunks of the meat pulled off. How is this place still in business??

This location needs to be used by food management courses at all universities. They need to tell the students to review this location and then just do everything opposite. I have tried going to this location several times but most of the time I leave empty handed. It's not like I'm going at odd times -- usually it's the beginning of "dinner rush" but I always get told "We ran out of that" or "We are cooking more. It should be ready in 20 minutes" How does a chicken fast food location run out of chicken at the beginning of dinner rush????? (or pot pies, or tenders or ...) I scored atmosphere a 2 star only because it is kind of fun talk with the other people standing there about "how they ran out of chicken (or whatever).

Alright in place of Bojangle's instead. Got surprised at RAISED PRICES with coupon included: $36 for 12 piece Family Meal w/3 sides 🫤😧 they definitely need to up the cooking quality. Got uncooked biscuits Ugh!!

Food tasted good and came out fast regardless of them being very short staffed, but the man taking my order didn't even let me finish ordering b4 I was prompted to pay on the machine and he had already walked away to help the drive thru. I got my food before he ever came back. I didn't get a drink cup with my combo and had to help myself to the stack of cups . Had to turn a key to turn the soda machine on, and turn the key again before there was soda overflow bc it was not auto shutting off LOL. Needed to place another order but they cared more about the drive thru line than the customers in the store.

This KFC should be shut down. I take my children to the drive-through and they refuse to take my order and tell me to go inside because they are too busy with DoorDash orders. Then I go inside and they completely ignore me with only two people in line working slow as molasses. I leave and then try to call to complain and nobody will even answer the phone. This location deserves to go out of business.

Was asked to pull around because chicken was cooking. Waited 20 min finally went in. No one had made my order. 5 people standing in line none of the 5 employees even acknowledged them. Terrible service! I would still be sitting in my car waiting!

By far the worst KFC in the triangle. They either skim on food or are out of food. I ordered a 5! piece tender combo, they gave me 1 whole tender and 1 broken in 2, which took 15mins with One car in the drive-thru. Fries were cold.

Had to shout to employees that we had three in line waiting to order. Watched food sit on warmer tray for 20mine as none of the 4 employees could be bothered to put it in a box and hand it out.
