For tacos, the Chicken (Pollo) is well-seasoned and flavorful, and the steak (Asada) has a perfect grilled flavor. The true star is the beef head (Cabesa), which is tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned; an explosion of flavor with a crisp, soft tortilla. The green hot sauce (mild) offers a zesty kick, while the red hot sauce (spicy) brings a delightful heat. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The owners are lovely people. It is a journey into authentic, flavorful Mexican cuisine that transforms an ordinary taco into an extraordinary experience.
