Don’t tell the customer the pizza will arrive in 30 minutes, if it’s actually going to be over 90 minutes! Update 11/30/2025: gave them another shot, but there was only about a teaspoon of pizza sauce spread over a large pizza :(

Best chain pizza place I believe. They also carry side items and sandwiches I didn't know about. Quite a robust selection of pizza style items. Service is quick as I work closely in proximity so a quick bite on break is easy. Solid phone app as well. A strong recommendation!
Pizza was delicious, they also have great deals! The young man also brought it to my car when it was ready 😊

I usually grab my pizza from Domino’s in Durham, but decided to try Marco’s Pizza in Apex and was blown away — the pizza was perfectly baked, loaded with flavor, and the garlic bread was crispy outside, soft inside, and full of buttery garlic goodness. What really stood out was the service: Jay and his team were on-point from start to finish, making sure everything was done to perfection. Great food, great staff, and easily my new go-to spot in Apex for pizza and garlic bread — I’ll definitely be back again for more soon! 🤤🍕

It's been a very good experience with Marco's. The pizza is always perfect and delicious.
Thursday night always seems like the third day of a weekend at this establishment. The Thursday night staff were prompt to take and make my order, taking sub 10 minutes! Will be back again! The tall gentleman with dark fluffy hair has amazing customer service and was lightning quick.

Wonderful pizza. Horrible app. We would order every Friday but only seldomly do we muster the resolve to fight the app. Tonight the app wins. We will do something else. When it does work it never remembers our past orders. We always order the same thing. It’s always a chore.
