The food here is great, I recommend the Sweet and Smoky Chicken Sandwich as well as some Mac and Cheese. This location is very sanitary. The staff are always kind and I always get my food quickly! Highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options and labeled.
Parking: There is a parking lot for the McAlister’s and surrounding restaurants.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu with your usual kids items.

Ate there lady night and we both spent the night in the bathroom. We had totally different things too. Chili was thick as paste. Potato soup was watery. Employees were friendly and service was prompt, but the food didn't stay in very long.

I went today 10/31 to the store and has never been treated like that! The worst staff ever, prejudice people. I wish I knew the name of the lady and the gentleman to let the manager know they don’t care about customers. That’s how things are today… unfortunately.

Waited 20 minutes for my food and it came out terrible. Completely smushed bread. The restaurant was disgusting with about 12 tables that needed to be bussed. Only teenage staff who were extremely unorganized and very unapologetic. Wanted a refund but that would’ve taken even longer.

We came in a little before 3pm. There was no one in line, yet none of the employees even greeted us. One of the ladies behind the counter was fussing at the 2 ladies working in the back about something and they were arguing back. The store was dirty. We left and went to 5 guys next door. This is our 2nd experience like this at this location! We will not try again.

Shame, we are used to the McAlisters in Wilminton, NC. This was a far cry from that. Food was great, but the service was horrible. The 2 girls behind the counter kept their backs to us the while time, we were the only ones in line. The 3rd girl finished her drink in the lobby and came up to the register and just looked at us.

We seated ourself, took awhile since there were 5 tables with dishes and trash still on them. We ordered at the counter and I got the roast beef and was delicious. Not the cleanest but they could have been understaffed. I will return.
