This establishment had a sign up that says teachers and nurses can get a tea for free for Teacher and Nurse appreciation week. I asked could I? and even showed my faculty id only to be told no because it ended one day before. It's literally showing appreciation for teachers and you couldn't spare an ice tea?? That's not customer service especially since it wasn't my fault the sign was still up. To me it's unnecessarily rude. To me the better approach would...
May 2025
I had to pay extra to order over the phone and pickup. Then I get home and my Rachel was just bread and turkey. No sauerkraut, there may have been cheese, but very little if so. Bread wasn't toasted and I didn't get the pickle they asked me if i wanted. Very disappointed for a 14$ sandwich.
