My 10 year old is “addicted “ to McChickens and lg fries w/sweet tea so I spend to much time in the drive through!😊 That being said I want to say thank you to the young man who ALWAYS hands me my order with a smile on his face. We usually, if there’s time, have an opportunity to speak. If you can clone a worker who makes a positive impression on your customers then clone FAIZAM!

Not very clean within the dining areas. But the fries were very fresh and hot. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe, but it did not taste good. Staff was fairly nice.

Lady yelled at me for missing the first window when I had a mobile order (I always pass the first window) and then attempted to make me feel stupid for driving by… very rude older lady. Very sad because the one lady that’s normally there is always so nice to me

I came there specially for a happy meal for my nephew . Messed up order , no sauces , no napkins , no straws ,no happy meal . they even moved me out of line and had me park .. so I couldn’t get back in line to fix my order .. this is the second time they messed up my order at this location. .. never again . Literally the worse McDonald’s in apex / Cary

Worst costumer service, Idk if the guy felt too funny but he had me repeating my self and asking if I said other things that did not make any sense by sound for about 2 min and when I left He literally lafted my face when I went around He saw me, He don't take his job seriously or IDK.This happened at 10:10 Sunday Feb 16th 2025. Never buy from this McDonald’s if you order through Uber eats or the like. They will lock the doors before 10 PM and the driver will have to wait on the line behind other cars so your food will be cold when you get it.

Front of the house seemed confused and dissoriented as one might expect from a typical McDonalds- but back of the house? Whoever was working the kitchen at like 4:20ish PM today (8-Feb-25)- they were doing a great job. Lot of McDs food I've had recently has been increasingly lackluster- but this has restored my faith. Have to live the rest of my life now knowing probably no McDs will ever serve me such good food again.
