The place is nice, one of the kiosk wasn't working so I has to wait in line, food was good, it took quite a bit to get it, I was there with a bout 5 friends we were going to go motorcycle riding and we decided to meet there to have a bite to eat, what it should have been 15 min turn in to 40 due to a friend that didn't get his good until 25 min later, definitely not a place we will go to get food anymore before a ride

I just had a terrible experience here. The manager accused us of taking photos of her staff, out of nowhere, how ridiculous. My husband and I were waiting for our order, looking at our phones, and this girl comes over and tells us we're taking photos, that her staff told her so, that they had recordings. We told her to look at them, we haven't taken any photos! Look at our gallery. It's really awful that this happened.

This McDonald's is consistently mediocre at best. My order is always missing something and the food is NEVER hot. Why do I keep going back? Bc it's the only mcds in apex đ€·đŒââïž please just once I'd like to not be disappointed here.

I stopped in to get some food at 1030ish am. breakfast time is usually over n lunch starts. I had order 255. I work 3 mins down the street literally and by the time I got to work the food was awful. the nuggets were over cooked and Cold. the hi-c had zero flavor, and the cheese burger patties weren't warm at all. the only good thing abiut this meal was the pure honey for my nuggets. the fries weren't even hot. I can safely say this will be the last time I eat McDonald's. 13 dollars and change spent to be left disappointed

My 10 year old is âaddicted â to McChickens and lg fries w/sweet tea so I spend to much time in the drive through!đ That being said I want to say thank you to the young man who ALWAYS hands me my order with a smile on his face. We usually, if thereâs time, have an opportunity to speak. If you can clone a worker who makes a positive impression on your customers then clone FAIZAM!

Lady yelled at me for missing the first window when I had a mobile order (I always pass the first window) and then attempted to make me feel stupid for driving by⊠very rude older lady. Very sad because the one lady thatâs normally there is always so nice to me

I came there specially for a happy meal for my nephew . Messed up order , no sauces , no napkins , no straws ,no happy meal . they even moved me out of line and had me park .. so I couldnât get back in line to fix my order .. this is the second time they messed up my order at this location. .. never again .
