I am so upset. This is my go to spot for lunch. I placed a mobile order on the app like I always do. It told me my order was ready. When I got there the door was locked. Stayed locked for 10 minutes. Then I called, and it would only let me talk to a robot. I left my order number and a message and never got a reply. Mind you this was a weekday at 12:30pm. Now I spent $15 and all I got was a locked door.

This review mainly pertains to the lack of accountable customer service from Mezeh. Ordered take-out from this location. I noticed when I got home that they missed adding a protein that they had charged for. I called the number listed on the order email confirmation to just get refunded for the missed protein. You would think that would be easy enough. Not quite! When I called the location, the restaurant rep said they can't provide refund on any online order (including orders made on their own website). She suggested that I reach out to customer support via the app/website to get help for the online order. However, when I click on "Contact Us" on their website, the message I got was " If you have any questions on your online order, please contact the specific location for assistance", thus creating a perfect loop of unaccountability.

We used to love this place but every time we go back, the service gets worse and worse. Incorrect orders, taking 20 minutes longer than it says online, ignoring us while we wait . To make matters worse their sanitation rating keeps dropping and is now at 85. Won’t be back

I’ve been to this location a few times and generally the food is okay. Recently I tried to order online for pickup and had an awful experience. I was told the order would be ready in 6 minutes and I got there within 10. When I arrived I went to the pickup shelf and saw my order was not there. I sat patiently for 20 minutes before asking about my order. I was then told I’d already picked up my order and that a worker had handed it to me personally. I suggested checking camera footage but it was lunch rush and the manager declined — she had a quick call to make which is understandable but she made the wrong one. In the end I was told I could pay for a new bowl but had no other options. This was an awful experience and really shows the disorganization of the location. It is unfortunate because previously I was willing to pay for the relative quality and portions of food they provide but being told that I was lying about having picked up food, eating it in front of the staff, and then asking for more is appalling. I hope they can do better in the future but I will not be sticking around to find out.

First thing I typically love to eat here, but today picked up an online order and it was terrible. Ordered 2 classic shawarma wraps, wrap had not been heated up, and meat was cold. I order this wrap to go regularly but today felt like I wasted my money.
