After configuring my burrito today as usual, I walked up to the salsa bar to get a few cups of El Guapo salsa. I was shocked to find that both El Guapo and "Who is Kaiser Salsa" are gone, replaced by a "mild" salsa and a "spicy" salsa. The mild salsa is absolutely disgusting. I would like to know who thought this was a good idea. El Guapo salsa was a huge part of my enjoyment of going to Moes, and they have killed it. I am personally on strike from Moes until El Guapo salsa returns. Also, at this particular Moes, the peppers and onions are barely cooked. When I go to Moes in PA, they seem to know how to cook the peppers and onions. The people at this Moes have no idea. How sad to see Moes decline this drastically.

Moe's homework salad has long been one of my favorites. I had the regular chicken, and although the spices were as I remembered, the quality of the chicken was definitely sub- standard. They offer another chicken for a higher cost. I guess I should have guessed there was a reason. I won't make that mistake again.

Absolutely worst Moe’s I have ever been to! I love eating at Moe’s, as every one I have been to has had great food, with nice happy workers, except this location. Every time I have came in The old man working never greets me or anyone else. When he is making your bowl he gives tiny portions, and when asking for extra it is half a scoop extra and they charge 3 dollars. He is never respectful when paying and the way he talks it is almost like he is yelling at you. As you eat he than walks around looking at you and around making it very uncomfortable. Worst experience ever

The person making the food was sweeping the floor and cleaning and then made the burrito with the same plastic gloves he was cleaning the floor with... I ended up throwing away my food as I was concerned it would make me sick. So wasted 12 dollars. Please keep hygiene higher when prepping food.....

The employee behind me kept doing wierd tricks and flips, they had a stupid fushigi ball and kept making me think I was a weasel. Really confusing and rude.
My experience at this establishment has been nothing but great.
I love the burritos and my orders call for extra everything especially extra steak. The staff members made sure my burrito was extra tight and neatly wrapped. I watched this guy wrap 3 pounds of juicy steak, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice, fresh jalapeños, cheese and sour cream all in a single tortilla. It was like witnessing magic right before my very eyes.
Apex Moe’s is the go to spot.

There was no acknowledgment from staff when we walked in. They were busy making online orders and after about 2 mins finally acknowledged us. The least they could’ve done was say we’ll be with you in just a second. The worker making the bowls and burritos gave us kid size portions of chicken, rice and beans. I had to ask for extra of everything. He questioned me when I asked for a little more chicken and he gave me 3 pieces…I questioned him and he said it was the appropriate portion amount. He was very rude. I had to ask for extra cheese for my quesadilla because the first time it barely covered the quesadilla, I’ve been to Moe’s my whole life and never have had these portion sizes of ingredients. The guy who rang us up was friendly and we appreciated him. We won’t be back! We’ll be sticking with Qdoba who has super friendly staff, great service and excellent portion sizes!
