Authentic; the real deal; dishes are prepared from scratch; with freshly cut vegetables, give them a try. Excellent tasting. The extra hot sauce is superb, make sure to ask. They will give you a beacon/pager that will trigger when your order is ready. Very nice folks that run this operation
