Was at the dealership, Went into the diner ,great place, had a really good hotdog,fries,and tea,I was waited on by Zander very competent young,also showed enthusiasm at his job,something that I myself don't see. Zander keep the attitude that I saw,it is in demand .Thanks Stuart L.(sam) Cooke

From Rochester, NY and was super excited about this place when I moved here in 2022. I get plates every month or two the last couple years. My last two experiences have not been good. UberEats an order for two plates, a white hot and Mac salad June 25th. There was no way to ask for no mustard other than a note which they did not follow. Then today I placed an order for pick up for two plates and a white hot through Mustang Charlie’s website (one for a friend who has never had one). This time they followed the no mustard selection on the one plate however the homefries were so old, chewy and hollow. It was embarrassing how much I hyped up Rochester Garbage Plates I grew up on to my friend and then served her old, stale, chewy homefries. Disappointed.

This is a really fun place inside a car dealership with a retro diner feel. Not fancy and the folks there are welcoming & helpful. We went for brunch and the food was great! There is a little enclosed play area around the corner for the kids. Recommend!

Food was good. The woman at the grill was down right mean. Mean to staff and ambivalent to customers. She rolled her eyes and looked put out to even take care of us. It was a taste of Rochester NY and we enjoyed that a lot.

I actually had a really good time here. I was a little skeptical of a diner inside of a car dealership, which is a little odd. However, it was great. Plenty of TVs watch whatever you’d like, decent food, there’s even a place structure that the dealership what’s your kids enjoy. If you’re in for service or honestly just need a place to let your kids run around for a few minutes while you watch a game or just catch a rest moment this is a good spot.

While having my vehicle serviced at Crossroads Ford decided to have breakfast here the food was fresh and good and as advertised a cool old school dinner feel . If you’re close anyway, a reasonably priced breakfast or lunch

Classic rock music,nice staff, food was excellent served fast. Beings from up north and been to Rochester ny many of times it felt like home. Ps put a sign out front of crossroads to locate the place.
