The anticipation was palpable when we placed our order at 8:27 PM: a simple yet enticing selection of 3 plates of Parotas and Paneer Curry, and a plate of Punugullu. Exactly an hour later, at 9:27 PM, our food arrived, and we were ready to dig in.
First impressions? The Parotas, though smaller than expected, were perfectly cooked—crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They paired wonderfully with the Paneer Curry, which was rich, flavorful, and well-spiced. The paneer was tender and absorbed the curry's flavors beautifully, making each bite a delightful experience.
The Punugullu, those deep-fried rice and urad dal fritters, were a pleasant surprise. Crisp on the outside and soft inside, they were a perfect snack to accompany our meal.
While the portion sizes could use a bit of enhancement,
In conclusion, despite a minor hiccup with the portion size and service the dining experience was ok. If you find yourself craving good food with authentic taste, namaste chica is definitely worth a try.

WARNING - STAY AWAY..
Ordered $80 worth of breakfast - 1st thing in the morning and it took them 1 hour to prepare, moreover their SMBHAR with Idly and Dosa today was BAD / SPOILED and BADLY STINKING that we could not even eat 1 spoon of that. They should do atleat quality and taste check daily morning / evening of sambhar / chutneys etc...
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY…

First I was waiting for almost 10 mins and there were 4-5 people inside the truck and no one bothered to even ask what I want. The irony was there were only 2 customers. I travelled all the way from Morrisville and returned empty stomach . Zero service will not coming back again.

Ordered chicken 65. It’s not up to the mark. Less quantity. And it’s expensive

I found this food truck by accident today. I was expecting it to be average like other food trucks, but I got a pleasant surprise! Mysore bonda was pillowy on the inside, and the chutneys complimented it nicely. Chicken manchurian was a good blend of sweet and savory, and the chicken was cooked nicely. But the highlight for me was the biryani! I’ve had bad luck experiences with food truck biryani, but I decided to try it anyway. And i’m glad I did! The chicken was succulent and aromatic, and the rice was cooked to perfection. Better than some restaurants i’ve been to! Only bad thing was that the wait times are tooo long. Aside from food, the place is cozy. I also like the name. Staff were mostly helpful. This food truck is close to the heart of Apex and beaver creek commons. You should definitely visit Namaste Chicha next time you get a food truck craving!

Food tastes really good! I tried many food trucks but the Mysore bonda, punugulu and peanut chutney from here is absolutely delicious. Other food items are also good! Good place to hangout with family and friends.
