Good food, always consistent.
Filthy, slow and food bleh
Overcooked & rubbery pasta, way too much seasoning and slurp, reduced too much. Ruined one of my favorite dishes - garlic shrimp scampi. Doubt I’ll go back.
This is the worst noodles & company I have ever been to, I will not go back to this location again! The service was slow and absolutely terrible. The workers were rude and very unhelpful. I ordered pasta with Parmesan chicken to go, and when I got home there was no chicken on the pasta. I went back and all they gave me was a side of grilled chicken.
December 6th 7:00pm walked in ordered Pad Thai with Parm chicken for protein and get home start eating then find a giant piece of chicken skin. This is one of the most disgusting things and how is this not intentional. You didn’t know you were putting this in my food? NEVER again.

This is just for temp manger, Christiane, who was under alot of stress with rude customers but she still remain polite and professional. She did the best with what she was given as a manager. Noodles and company need a better system for the substitute managers to be better serve their customers. Christening went above and beyond for the company tonight.

I go weekly, if not more. Sometimes the food is awesome with perfectly cooked pasta. Other times though, the pasta is par cooked. It's a toss up. If ordering take out I'd check the pasta before leaving. Also make sure all your items are in the bag. They frequently leave out the rice crispy. When it's good, it's GOOD.
Vegetarian options: All dishes can be ordered without protein.

I did an online order and four drivers were sent to the restaurant over the course of one hour to pick up my order and returned away. Then at closing time the restaurant informs me they don’t have any food for my order and it cannot be fulfilled.

Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo : chicken burnt, and extremely salty noodles over cooked a waste of $12.

Ordered zucchini noodles with shrimp, Japanese pan noodles with shrimp and rice krispie treat. Received cheese tortellini, the Japanese pan noodles were dry and mealy with almost no sauce, and a cookie instead of the rice krispie treat.
