December 6th 7:00pm walked in ordered Pad Thai with Parm chicken for protein and get home start eating then find a giant piece of chicken skin. This is one of the most disgusting things and how is this not intentional. You didn’t know you were putting this in my food? NEVER again.

This is just for temp manger, Christiane, who was under alot of stress with rude customers but she still remain polite and professional. She did the best with what she was given as a manager. Noodles and company need a better system for the substitute managers to be better serve their customers. Christening went above and beyond for the company tonight.

I go weekly, if not more. Sometimes the food is awesome with perfectly cooked pasta. Other times though, the pasta is par cooked. It's a toss up. If ordering take out I'd check the pasta before leaving. Also make sure all your items are in the bag. They frequently leave out the rice crispy. When it's good, it's GOOD.
Vegetarian options: All dishes can be ordered without protein.

I did an online order and four drivers were sent to the restaurant over the course of one hour to pick up my order and returned away. Then at closing time the restaurant informs me they don’t have any food for my order and it cannot be fulfilled.

Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo : chicken burnt, and extremely salty noodles over cooked a waste of $12.

Ordered zucchini noodles with shrimp, Japanese pan noodles with shrimp and rice krispie treat. Received cheese tortellini, the Japanese pan noodles were dry and mealy with almost no sauce, and a cookie instead of the rice krispie treat.

Amazing
Food was great, though I do miss eating the food out of a real bowl instead of a plastic one. However, it was convenient because I had leftovers anyway!

Was in the mood for noodles and we found this place. Normally when I think of noodles it is specifically Asian. This place is mainly non-Asian noodles - mac and cheese, spaghetti, etc with three different Asian noodle options. I got the Japanese Pan Noodles which are a thicker noodle (about 2-3 times the diameter of lo mein) that seemed to be grilled with a few broccoli florets, some other small greens in a pleasant tasting light sauce. My wife got the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles which was lo-mein in a sweet sauce with scallions. It was bit too sweet for my taste. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick and efficient.
