Second time I buy tacos to bring my children dinner and the same disappointment, it's good that the food is expensive but that's why you pay, seriously $1 dollar more meat, remove 1 tortilla and put it with meat and the cherry on the cake with hair 😑😪

I’m a taco truck junkie. I’ve tried basically all the taco trucks in the greater Apex, Fuquay, Holly Springs area. This one is incredible.
It’s got the best cooked meat, and awesome service. Huge fan. The go to if you’re in the area and have $9 to absolutely destroy some Carne Asada tacos.

Food is good. Service and wait times are preferential. Adding descriptions to owner response. Thanks for reaching back appreciate your effort. When I ordered I was told wait is about 12 min and I did wait 20-25 min and saw people who ordered later getting food and asked why is taking time and why everyone ordered later getting food, to that cook said do you want your money back or food and I am the last one ordered. I informed time I ordered and shown what time it is then and said I am not last one ordered and to that cook answered shrimp need to be cooked last so it will be warm and tender, I am like fine get me food. If cook would have said you ordered shrimp I want to cook it last so it’s fresh and good it would have been much better interaction rather than do you want your money back as first response. I don’t want my money back as food is still good, I just needed to be respected and treated same. I changing review bit as food and is great and you took time to reach back.

I been here couple times and food has always been great but today I ordered some tacos and honesty I couldn’t taste the meat, realized there was barely ANY meat and it’s a 2 tortilla taco so I couldn’t taste the flavor at all but aside of that food has always been amazing

Amazing food truck in the area! ?The service is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is great.You can take a seat and eat at Paco’s Tacos & Catering. It’s located at a shopping center.Plenty of parking available.Note: be careful exiting the shopping center getting on the road. It gets busy during lunch time and rush hour.

I love this food truck! No matter what time you go the food is hot and fresh. The guacamole is delicious. Tortilla chips are fresh made to order. My favorite is the chimichanga plate, shrimp taco, steak taco and now they serve ground beef taco. Churros are SUPERIOR!

Pretty good location and ease of delivery. Friendly staff. However the wait was 30-45 mins and they ended up giving us the wrong food. There were multiple people in line so it could’ve been because of this however many people that ordered after us got their food before us. They gave us the wrong order too. We ordered chips and cheese and ended up getting nachos. The tacos we ordered did not come as advertised either. Not a bad experience but overall, would not recommend.

Been loving this food truck for years. Some of the best tacos we've had and at a great price. The green sauce is fantastic and spicy. Their veggie tacos are the best veggie tacos I've ever had. Not a fan of the veggie torta but otherwise can't go wrong. The chorizo is my favorite non veg
