I went to Panda Express for the 2nd time in 2-3 Months. The first time I went the food was cold like it was thrown in the microwave. The food was greasy and was very Unappetizing. I went today 04/03/24 got Sesame Honey Chicken, Fried Rice and Teriyaki Grilled Chicken both fresh and yet cold and greasy. The rice was just straight up cold. The lady at the window was a little rude. I gave my card and she passed me the drink I ordered, Not even a split second to put my drink in my cup holder she goes “EXCUSE ME” to give my card back. Anyways long story short avoid this Panda Express if you don’t want cold and greasy food with works that have attitudes. Today is the last time I’ll ever get Panda Express. Huge disappointment from this store.
I'm hoping they would keep quantity consistent or follow a standard. Today, Bowl received with less friedrice than we usually get.

I ordered rice and received noodles. When you're paying a lot for the food and delivery it is very disappointing only received five shrimp. Also no utensils or condiments. As food prices goes up, quality of the product and service goes down.

BEWARE DONT EAT HERE I DID A 40 DOLLA ORDER ALL 3 MY TRAYS WAS COLD 2 WAS WRONG MY B ROC N BEEF ONLY HAD 1 TINY PIECE OF BEEF AND ALLOT OF HARD BROCILI THE RICE WAS OVER COOK N MUSHY NO VEGGIES .. I ORDER 6 APPLE ROLLS N ASK THE LADY IN DRIVE THRU WAS IT 63 TIMES N SHE SAID YES IT WAS ONLY 1 ... MY ORGANGE CHICKEN WAS HARD . Disapointed. My daughters and I get take out there once a week. Twice in a row I order two plates the same and one bowl. I left with one plate and one bowl. Partly my fault because I didn’t pay attention. Last time i drove back to Apex from Cary. I tried calling. No answer. I’m not driving back again.

I just filled out an order for my family, made it all the way to the checkout portion, and I was prompted to start over because "Chow Mein has been removed from the menu." I tried 6 times to call the store to see if I could place the order that way, but no one answered after 8 rings each time. Since I couldn't get the food we wanted and no one from the store was reachable to confirm their offerings (or lack thereof), I should have technically rated each 0 stars instead of 1 star and would have if I thought they would register as such.To confirm it wasn't a website glitch, I checked 5 other locations in the state and they all still listed chow mein as an option, so it appears to only be this location that forgot noodles exist.

The big oaf taking orders didn't hear me tell him more than 3 times that all of the literal children with me were all getting kids meals. I corrected him each time he began putting foods in different containers and he just looked at me dumbfounded like he was too stoned to hear. When we got to the register there was a language barrier with the very sweet lady and we could not come to a resolution to correct the order. Food service workers need to learn to listen better. Moral is double check your order here.
