Wanted a bread bowl they said they had no more and I pointed out they had like 15 of them and they told me it was for the morning. Made me really mad whole reason I came like if they can't make some more. I'ma still come but they pissed me off with that crap.
Got two croissants today. Worse croissants I had since a long time. For the price this is unacceptable. Next time I'll buy some at the grocery store, they will be better and much cheaper.

We used to love Panera in beaver creek, however lately quality and quality of food have gone down tremendously. Last night we were dinning in and order few items. Grilled cheese sandwich was awful, it was burnt cheese on bread.

The food at Panera will always be good. The food comes quickly and you can chose to order from kiosk or at a register, if you chose or need a staff, they are kind. The one issue with the place is that you have to pick up the food from the kitchen and leads to the place having some cleanliness issues. Overall a very solid restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Many soups, salads and sandwiches that are vegetarian options!
Parking: Parking for the shopping center.

We go often but today was not a good day. They were out of ice for one and my hubby found a piece of plastic bag in his French Onion Soup. ?

Our delivery order was missing a few item. The manager, Sabs, refunded the cost and sent the items plus several extras. Great customer service.

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on bagel, a $7 sandwich. Hardly any bacon on the sandwich (see photo). Otherwise an ok sandwich, but not for $7+. Then they want a tip, I'm not sure for what? The tip screen pops up on the register as you order, what are you tipping for? The cashier to take your money? or the cook to make a skimpy sandwich? If it's for the cook, why would I tip before I even complete my order? I would have been irate if I tipped and got this sandwich. Someone should re-think the tipping process. Happy to tip for good service, but tipping before you finish paying is a joke and greedy imo!

This used to be a favorite place to sit and work on my laptop several times a week. I also did a lot of catering for work out of this location. It started going downhill about 2 years ago. I went in today and was reminded why I stopped coming. The staff try but it's obvious there is a lack of training. Management needs to get their act together. They have a good location with a great outdoor area. But between long waits (today it was 10 minutes for one latte when they weren't busy), incorrect orders and staff that can't provide basic info (poor training), I'll go back to avoiding this location. Panera's Apex, what happened to you?
Very good sandwiches and salads.

Food is ok not a pleasant experience like it used it be. Prices are going up and service is going down. If you go in, you order your own food and pick up from the counter then clean up your own dishes, fine, the problem is nobody is wiping down the tables between customers and the there's food crumbs all over the floor.
