The food was hot and tasty and the wait wasn't long as all, the kiosks for ordering worked perfectly no complaints at all

My wife got a chicken salad sandwich. When she couldn't see any chicken salad, she opened up the sandwich to find perhaps a level teaspoon of chicken salad. I took it back up and sure, THEN they actually used the right scoop and voila, it was actually a chicken salad sandwich with a typical amount of chicken salad. Usually I'd let this go, but not when you're charging a premium and getting bare bones. Do better Panera.

Someone: make it make sense.Fam was feeling sick and I didn't want to cook, so I figured, let's get some chicken soup and a sandwich delivered. Ok! Fantastic times we live in - anything delivered. Outstanding.Ordered 2 large chicken soups and a beef cheddar melt.$45 - WITHOUT TIP!!!!FORTY FIVE DOLLARS!!!I'm sorry but never again. The sandwich was nothing like the images online, tiny and sparcely filled with grey roast beef. The two large soups? Eaten in 3 helpings to 3 young children. 1 & 1/2 cups per container. That's just 1.5oz more than a regular can of Campbell's for 9 DOLLARS.The bread is rubbery/chewy hard crust. Just awful IMO.The food was warm. It was delivered quickly. I realize about $8 was delivery and tax, but still.FORTY FIVE DOLLARS??? (in outraged New Yorker accent).

Ordered scrambeled egg and cheese and gave me chicken in a sandwich for a to go order. I felt it doesnt look right, and being a vegetarian and only eggs - this is a big deal. Panera - Check orders before you rush to finish

Going back years ago this Panera was great! Though the staff is friendly and the store is clean, at times they look like they are short staffed and the quality of the food is missing.Parking: a lot

It's one of the best Panera breads I've been to. Always great customer service with a smile and glad to answer any questions you may have. Multiple times, I've come in for take-out dinner and never had an issue with my order, even with the customizations I've made to my sandwich. I would highly recommend eating here to anybody.Parking: Store sits in the beaver creek shopping center in front of Noodles & Co. So there is plenty of parking all around the building.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a place to bring the whole family to eat, not to mention delicious dessert options for you and the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible by wheelchair with seating options available as well.

I've been going to this Panera for over 10 years now always been satisfied. Today I ordered their new Caprice baguette sandwich that's supposed to have chicken two different kinds of cheeses spinach tomato and green goddess sauce. Let's just say that the top of the loaf of bread was thicker than the ingredients inside of the bread. There was four slices of tomato I think I counted six little small slithers of chicken four actual spinach leaves and I'm not sure where the cheese was. $14 for that is ridiculous. Needless to say I won't be going back there again I'll find a new place to buy my sandwiches that actually have ingredients inside of them.

Overall, this location is great. Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff, clean store, convenient location, lots of space and seating. Recently, though, they've had their menu cut in half. Something is missing in every category. Many of the espresso drinks are gone. The kid's menu is completely removed. As good as this location is otherwise, I can't recommend anyone eat here until corporate is willing to fix the menu.Kid-friendliness: Location is very kind friendly, staff welcoming, but this location is part of a test of removing kids menus and fruit sides, so finding a meal is difficult.

Love me some Panera. When I get that craving for a great club sandwich with fresh bread, this is my place. The one I went to even had a fireplace - cozy!

My husband went into the Panera in Apex, NC last weekend for a dozen bagels and they only had 5 different varieties. Our family loves the sesame and my husband asked if they had any. The unfriendly sales clerk told him they were no longer carrying sesame and the only types the would sell going forward were: Asiago, cinnamon, everything, plain, and sprouted grains. This seemed odd, since many times they run out of sesame on the weekends, because it is popular. This week I went to a Panera in Raleigh for lunch and they had many bagel varieties including sesame, chocolate chip, blueberry, etc. I thought Panera was a franchise and they would have consistent products across their stores. Sadly, we won't be going to the Apex store for bagels anymore.

We dined in this time and they got our order mostly right. We have historically had issues with takeout here. Our orders are always missing something. This time we didn’t get the bakery items we requested.
