We paid for our pizza over the phone. The store charged more to our card than the agreed price. Only a few dollars more but it's still an unauthorized amount. The person on the phone said his books were off by more than what I owed.

I called them back to ask for a refund and they offered to drive the difference to my house OR they would take our name and number to give us a 'discount' on our next order as long as we called the order in.

Alarm bells are going off in my head that none of this is above the board and corporate is unaware. So I asked to speak to the manager and he offered me a refund on the card for 6 dollars, more than the difference I was charged but I agreed.

I haven't seen the refund to my card and I don't expect it. If I don't see it within 10 days I will dispute the entire purchase with my credit card company.

Either way, I will not order from this location again.

I had a great experience at this location. Called in a large order for a group and picked it up. Food was ready on time and service was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

Most customers in the little town of Apex are quite feeble ridiculous trapped in a bubble types! they are ordergin papa john's not a 5 star pizza joint. Apex has always been full of people that are consumed with themselves and have to rational outlokk on the community or perspective of life in general! They let their kids play in traffic then yell at people driving down the road

Order a couple months back and order was wrong and they said they would give me something on my number as a refund towards it a couple months back. Called in and spoke to a manger who didn't see it. Won't order Papa John's anymore .

Literally failed at your primary product. Twice.

The second time, we called them regarding this and they offered to refund us. 24 hours later my Papa Dough is still empty and the remainder of the charge still on my credit card.

This is the worst experience. I had scheduled a delivery for my daughter's birthday party at 6:30 pm tonight. When I called at 6:35 pm, I was told that the pizza was ready, but all the delivery drivers were out, and DoorDash drivers would pick up my order and deliver it whenever they could. However, they couldn't guarantee when the delivery would happen. Are you kidding me? What’s the point of having a scheduled delivery time? Despite paying the delivery tip when I placed the order, I had no choice but to pick up the pizza myself and ended up with cold food.

We ordered stuffed crust. They somehow made the bottom crust extremely thin and the stuffed crust had a regular crust behind it. Strange I know.

This place was so bad and gross. They took a long time and messed up our order, I like Papa John’s, but suggest a different location. Also, if you see a young guy with long hair and a hat he is terrible, bad service ?

The employees and managers at this place do not respect the law. See their Papa Jones car parked on zebra making it difficult for other cars to park in the designated places. This is their delivery employee who illegally parked the car walking out with their pizza.
When it was pointed out that the car is wrongly parked, they burst out in hateful expletive racist speech and refused to move the car.

This DOES NOT Taste Well. Avoid this place

Customer service has been awful. Ive been coming to this place for the last 10 years and every year it has been declining. The manager is very rude and argues with your order when told the call center did not process the order correctly.

Workers are not wearing gloves while preparing or dressing hot pizza. Everything is touched by bare hands questionable to eat. Workers who're on break or whatever they call while doing "nothing" at the kitchen area is ok, but at least wear hairnet or something to cover their long hair from falling on the food. So are the ones who work, please wear gloves and hairnets. Pizza and wings tasted good, but all the food handling routine is questionable.

I ordered a medium and got a small pizza instead. There is a noticeable difference between a medium and a small, her the manager tried to tell me that it probably just shrunk a little and that it wasn't really a small. I let him know that I literally measured it. After saying that, he at least offered to make another pizza and started it would take 45 minutes longer since he didn't have any drivers. I passed because this one was already cold when I got it. This is the second time the same store has messed up the size of the pizza, it's just that last time they caught it before they sent it out for delivery. I also have pictures of the pizza if the store manager decides he is interested in seeing that I'm telling the truth.
