Ordered four pizzas- 2 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 1 supreme. Unfortunately, was very disappointed in the supreme pizza (which I paid extra for). Definitely not the supreme pizza I was use to ordering- won’t be going back. :-(

I ordered through the app tonight for my food to be ready at 5:45. When I arrived at 6pm I was told that my order was never received and when I inquired if others have had this problem with the app and the rep told me yes. This is the second time I have had a problem with the pizza hut app. I was offered no compensation for this inconvenience. It was 6pm on a Friday and I had no dinner for my kids and every other place was busy which made dinner very late for these hungry kiddos. Although we have used Pizza Hut a lot I will think twice about trusting them with our dinner order again.

I had not visited a Pizza Hut in several years. Many have closed. I wonder why? Thought I’d try again when discovered one still existed near me. Kinda. I was sorely disappointed. While the crust is great and my daughter liked the cheese sticks better than anywhere else, the pizza itself was VERY dry. Kinda made it tasteless. Not even sure if asking for more sauce would help. Guess I just need to get my pizza elsewhere.

The order was super late. I requested 2 toppings and it looked as if they had forgotten to add a topping and just added it when the pizza was finished. Because the topping wasn't cooked. Highly disappointed.

This is my go-to place for pizza. Recently the tip culture has ruined it for me. I pay on the app, it asks me to tip the team. I go in to pick it up, they have me sign for my order (why?) and the form asks for a tip again. Then, while handing me the pizza, the longest interaction I've had with a team member yet, 5 seconds, they ask for another tip verbally. Pizza Hut! Pay your employees! It isn't our responsibility to tip at a drive-through window.

Placed an order through the app. 3 medium pizzas. 1 was to have pan crust and 1/2 black olives, 1/2 ham. Got charged extra for pan, didn’t receive it. Pizza was 1/2 cheese, 1/2 olives. So wrong crust and no ham. How do you mess up an order through the app?

Check your food before leaving the restaurant. They missed placing the toppings even though they’ve someone double checked the food and signed. When I called, they made me waited for a long time on the phone and I had to hang up. Bad experience.
Always gets my order wrong in addition to the delivery order being late and cold. Can't talk to anyone at the location, I was on hold for over 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. Only Pizza Hut answering service has people to talk to and they are not the local branch. I'll never order from here again. I've given them enough chances.

Online order was ready for pickup when I arrived, the person working was very friendly and pleasant, the large thin crispy supreme was awesome! Was loaded with toppings and was very tasty, we enjoyed it, and will definitely order from here again.

This is my favorite pizza place! I absolutely love pizza, and every time I open a box, it’s like unwrapping a GIFT !!!! it brings me so much joy. Just hearing the word “PIZZA” fills me with excitement! I eagerly wait for Tuesdays because of the amazing $20 deal! My boyfriend and I have declared it as “Pizza Day” for us. It’s become a weekly tradition for us, and we always look forward to enjoying their delicious pizzas together. The experience here is more than just food, it’s a celebration of great flavors and warm service.
The staff here are amazing! Rachel and another team member (I don’t remember her name-The one with pink dyed hair) were especially great. Rachel even offered us free drinks when our order was slightly delayed, which was such a thoughtful gesture. What truly sets them apart is how they always come out from behind the desk to personally hand over our pizza with such care—it’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.
We’ve tried other nearby pizza hut spots, but they just don’t compare. The pizzas here are consistently delicious, and they always follow our instructions perfectly. The pizzas were baked perfectly, and the staff genuinely care about their customers.
Big thanks to the team for making our pizza evenings so enjoyable. You all deserve so much praise for your hard work! We’ll definitely keep coming back every Tuesday.
