Well, it was great and the service matched. Hot food served very fast even though the place was jammin. Go, with a group and have fun. Lots of tasty appetizers. Price is reasonable.

Horrible service. They forgot one of my meals and wouldn't give me a refund or anything. I'm out of $23. My total order was over $100. Why couldn't you give the money back for the food you didn't send. Thanks for robbing me 🙄. I will never order here again.

This is my second or third time here, but I decided to leave a review this time because of the exceptional service! From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Our server was attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The food runner also brought our meals with a smile and checked in on us. Lastly, the manager came over to ensure we had everything we needed. The entire team truly made our experience special!

The food is good, as always. Our server was nice and attentive. But everything went down hill when it came to the ladies restroom. Garbage can overflowing with used towels, toilet paper all over the floor. A busted toilet seat. With employees standing around chatting, you’d think that the restrooms would be spotless.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Red Robin! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The highlight of my visit, though, was our amazing bartender, Lindsay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
Lindsay was incredibly personable and had a knack for making us feel right at home. She recommended the perfect drinks to pair with our meals, and her service was quick and professional without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude and genuine care for her customers truly set her apart.
The food, as always, was delicious, and the bottomless fries are a must-have. But it was Lindsay’s exceptional service that made this visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be returning soon, and I hope to see her behind the bar again. Thank you, Red Robin, for a wonderful evening!

I visit Red Robin in Apex every year for my birthday and on Veterans Day. On Veterans Day, we used to be able to order to go, which I appreciated because we had so many other places to go. Now, we have wait in line to eat inside, with was super inconvenient. This is particularly rough because many Veterans are elsely or disabled. Also, the Birthday Day Burger 🍔 was FREE, however, that is no longer the case., because we now have to make a minimum purchase of $4.99 in order to get the what used to be the FREE burger. 😒Despite these disappointments, their burgers are top notch. They are juicy, and quite flavorful.😋 Despite that, with these continued changes, I may end up passing on what used to be my favorite burger spot.
