Hot honey chicken sandwich was spectacular but the star of the evening was our server Brandi! she is incredibly thoughtful and went the extra mile to enhance our dinner experience beyond the great food.

Today I was debating on going to chipotle or Red Robin for a quick dinner. I chose Red Robin and that was a grave mistake. The service was great but the food was horrible. I got the steak house burger and it was such a mess. I understand theres a lot of ingredients but it seems it was put together by a blind person. My friend got the kids cheeseburger and it was nothing more than decent. The worst part of this experience is that it was $50 for 2 average menu items. whoever priced these items needs jail time.

Ridiculous! $3.50 charge (above the price of a regular burger) for a *skimpy* Impossible burger patty that can't cost them much - if any - more.

It was the best choice for my family and I to visit today. We have 3 little children and love keeping them entertained while we have dinner. The team Cam leads is top notch and very kind. They met every need we had. Our server was Abby/Addy 🧡.
We’ll be back again soon! Thank you! Salads were fresh! Burger and fries were delicious (lighter on the salt for me next time)

Magical Experiences Events

I love a good burger. Red Robin is one of my favorites because they have a gluten free bun. The Apex Red Robin is my favorite Red Robin of all because the service is always on point. We had Najiah and she was very quick and courteous. She had great suggestions for dessert and is knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be back soon!

My dad is obsessed with this place. He didn’t even have road rage on the way home because he wouldn't stop talking about how good his burger was. Red Robin saved our family.

We were greeted enthusiastically and had high hopes, but it ended up being disappointing. The server asked if it was all on the same bill, and my parents told her no, we would like it split. We placed our orders and everything was fine, but after waiting a little while, my drink never arrived. I kept waiting for our server to come back and check on our table, but she wasn't coming. I tried to order on the touch screen, but for some reason, no drinks were available. So, finally, I flagged down a different server and ordered my drink, but she said she couldn't help and I would have to wait for my server. She didn't even offer to let her know or anything, just told me I had to wait. Finally, my server came back, and I reorderd my drink, which I received promptly. This is fine, mistakes happen, but it kinda just got worse. After finishing our meals, the server asked if I wanted any more mac n cheese. I thought this was odd, as I thought it wasn't bottomless, but she said it was fine, and I could have more if I wanted. I happily accepted, but this also never arrived. Finally, when we were ready to leave, my parents went to pay using the touch screen. They entered their rewards number and it said they had earned $10 off. But, they noticed the bill hadn't been split yet. They told our server, and she said no problem, she would split it. She did, and then my parents went in to pay again using the touch screen. This time, the rewards dollars had disappeared. They asked our server about it and she asked if we had tried to pay already. My parents said yes, and she said they didn't give her enough time to split the bill. We said we had asked her at the beginning of the meal but apparently we were supposed to ask her again before paying, but how were we supposed to know that? When asked about the rewards dollars, she said there was no way to fix it, didn't offer any solutions or even offer to get a manager or anything to try to fix it. Just really disappointing service overall. Food was delicious though.
