Best pizza I've found since moving to Texas a year ago from Chicagoland area. Staff is very nice too. Nice to have a taste of home in Texas.
Pizza tasted good, but the service is absolutely terrible. We ordered a pizza for lunch, they told us 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. When we showed up, they told us 15 more minutes, then 15 minutes later they said half hour, and it's clear they just never made the pizza and were saying numbers. They then said they would comp the pizza and never refunded us. The lady working the front desk and the manager were both rude to us and offered nothing that even sounded like an apology. We ordered the pizza for a work lunch and by the time we got it, lunch was over and nobody got to eat.
The pizza has been a hit or miss depending on the day we order. The thin crust square cut and thick crust has been the closest we have found to be to be the closest Midwest “Chicago Style” pizza place we are used to, however the customer service has been TERRIBLE!!!!
We wanted to love this place and support them but this is the 4th time trying and just can’t.
Found this location today while out exploring! Im an Illinois native and was really excited to find a pizza place with chicago pizza expectations. The team here was quick friendly and knowledgeable and the pizza was a delightful recreation of the Chicago standard. Wishing them all the success and can't wait to return!
Hot, fresh, and deliciously cruncy! Thanks for the taste of home!
The food is absolutely delicious. I don't know why people left bad comments until last week. The online order system told me to pick up my pizza after 50 min. I arrived after an hour, and waited an extra half hour. I understand they're short of staff that day. But the owner needs to fix the problem, is it? Like to call other staff, extend waiting time or stop delivering orders. Those two poor employees have to make everything and deal with angry customers.
After 15 years in Chicago I know the real deal. This is the real deal!
Ordered a deep dish pizza and Cheef sandwich today. The order was ready right on time and the staff was super nice. The Cheef sandwich was delicious and probably the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The deep dish was good as well. Can't wait to come back and try other parts of the menu!
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area and miss our pizza here. This hits the mark with their regular crust pizza. Haven’t tried deep dish but I’m sure it’s good too.
Ghost restaurant.only in papers .Not keeping their promises.
how do people give bad review for a business that has not opened yet? Maybe they are having issues with permits.
Obviously they have no clue what it takes to open a business during these times. The Wake Zone was delayed over a year because of the town and that was pre-pandemic. Meanwhile they are still obligated to pay rent.

I don't get this place, why lease a building and pay rent on it for a year or more and never open. Is this for tax reasons I wonder. It just doesn't make sense

I love the pizza, however the drive to the one located in Morrisville is a lot. When is this one going to open?

Perhaps they'll open by 2025....
Waiting for months for this place to open up. At this point maybe they should make it into a Jet’s pizza.
