Website and google said it was opened tonight and even let me place an online order; when I drove there after ordering and working all day I pull up to a closed restaurant. No sign about closing or nothing. Very disappointed. This also happened to me a few weeks ago at the same place. Was really looking forward to my pizza and beef sandwich. Wonât be going back.

Been ordering from Rosati's for some time now. Placed a larger order last night, and had some questions, so tried to call - no answer, just on hold. Went there to get the pizzas - THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!!!! Could hear the phone ringing inside, but building was dark, and locked tight. Facebook says nothing about them closing, and the system is STILL TAKING ORDERS!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Now I have keep checking my credit card to see if the charge goes from pending to complete to get it reversed, which is fine, but I shouldn't have to do this. They should have disconnected the phone, shutdown the ordering que, and posted an update on Facebook to let customers know they were out of business.
I placed an online order to come and pick this up at 7:30 p.m. I got here at 8:00 p.m. and the restaurant is blackout closed. The restaurant hours stay clearly that they are open until 9:00 p.m. How is this even a possibility? Being from Chicago I love this food, but I will not come back to this restaurant I will wait to go home.

Terrible experience. Ordered online at 4:37 pm (not a busy time) and it said 30 minutes. I arrived at 5:10 and was told it would be 15 more minutes. A bit inconveniencing, but not the end of the world. At 5:45 they tell me they have no Canadian bacon and my last pizza hasnât gone in the oven yet. I ordered over an hour ago at this point. They offered me a drink or a slice of pizza for this delay/not having the topping I paid for. I said I am ordering three pies and have plenty of drinks at home. They gave me a $20 gift card, which I appreciated. While waiting in the restaurant for over a literal hour, I witnessed the phone ring and ring and go unanswered, and no one even walk in for 30+ minutes straight. Two separate individuals arrived around 6, and both were told their food was not ready. How is everything delayed if there are so few orders? The food was fine, but this place is either understaffed, poorly run, or both.

We placed an order for 4 pizzas at 4 pm to be picked up at 5:15 pm. You would think this would be an easy order for a pizza place to fill. Unfortunately for Rosatiâs, this was an impossible task. At 5:30 when we arrived to get the pizza (15 min after pickup time), it still wasnât ready. Waited around for a while. Eventually asked the staff and was told âwe just put yours in!â 15 min laterâŠno pizza. This was repeated multiple times. Obviously the staff was just lying to our faces as it was not handed off to us until 7:15 pm! 2 hours after scheduled and over 3 hours after the order was put in. The owner wouldnât even comp our order for such poor service and only offered a paltry $10 gift card. And to add insult to injury, they did not even make our orders correctly, making both the wrong sizes and adding the wrong toppings. Will never return and recommend no one else does either. Poorly managed and obviously poor training for staff.

Hoping I didnât have to do this but Rosatis had let me down for the 3rd straight time. Pizza quality took a quick dive and service has slumped. Ordered online with 30 minute window came in at 45 min and pizza wasnât started. Luckily got a refund but multiple other patrons werenât as lucky and some had been waiting for almost 2 hours. Definitley had high hopes but unfortunately wonât be going back anytime soon.

This is the 5th time I have tried Rosatiâs in Apex because of its location. Unfortunately they have failed in both food quality and service. I waited for 5 minutes today to pick up my to go order before anyone acknowledged my presence. FOOD was cold despite my wait. Contacted the owner (for the second time) and her response, âI have a life despite thisâ âI have a business to run and canât afford more peopleâ. Hopefully this place will go out of business and replaced with someone who cares about quality of food and customer service because THIS PLACE HAS BAD FOOD and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
