Overall a good experience dining here. Staff were attentive and the gluten free pizza crust is really good, taste like a regular thin crust pizza. For $1.50 a topping I would've liked to seen better portions on the pizza. They are also have gluten friendly beer. Nice variety of food on the menu including sushi, salads, wraps, burgers, wings, and pasta.

Ruckus is pretty standard, huge menu with sushi options so everyone can be happy. The chicken tenders are really awesome, sushi is fine, and the pizza is best whole cause those reheated slices are stale. Most impressive - all hail the side of QUESO for the fries and or onion rings!!!! It's my new requirement and it slaps HARD. This chicken Caesar salad wrap was awesome and fresh. Indoor outdoor seating is sweet. Wish parking was better but I'm pretty sure Costco isn't going to start towing any time soon....?

I love ruckus since the first time I tried, i always recommended my clients to try out. I never have any problem until today. At first I placed a whole pizza today which suppose for take out . However me and my family changed our mind to dine-in because we want to hang out. No one seating us or asked us if we need anything to drink, just told us pick a seat. No plate , silverware , napkins.The pizza came out with the burn, black bottom side. I asked them nicely to replace but they tried to excuse it saying that “ in order to cook the top, it has to be that way”. That is ridiculous, it’s not my first time here, or my first time eating pizza. They were very irritated and whispering around. After brought my drink they brought out the receipt too. After 5 minutes seating down?So disappointed. I want to give them 1 start but I don’t want affect the business.

This wasn't the first time I've eaten here but it was my first takeout order. I ordered over the phone and the girl who answered was so on point and sweet. She asked me questions before I even had a chance to tell her what I wanted. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap with fried chicken, fries and a side of ranch. Usually restaurants will forget the sides so I was impressed they didn't. The wrap was delicious. I ordered pick up and it was at least an hour before I ate it and it wasn't soggy like I was expecting. Fresh tasting and jam packed with chicken. Only thing I'd change is a little less blue cheese and more salt. I ordered the chicken Parm sub for my son with fries and he too enjoyed his meal. I will definitely be ordering and/or dining there again soon!

This location gets busy so keep that in mind whether you’re coming in or ordering take out. Big selection of all types of beers and ciders. Local options included.Garlic Knots, Buffalo Cauliflower and Mozzarella Sticks are fantastic starters.Kickin Chicken Sandwich, Mahi Tacos, Wings, and any Sushi Roll are fantastic options.

Love Rukus in general I usually frequent the Cary location because it's closer to me but recently took a sushi making class here and it was amazing! We has a great time it was a cute date night idea and the sushi was excellent even with our amateur skills can't wait until the take home kits are available. All the host were amazing and the staff

Ruckus is a popular place and many times on busy weekend you end up waiting good 30 - 45 minutes for a table. Hence, we decided to do a Online / Carryout service. It is not possible to enter multiple GC when you online, so you end up calling the local Restaurant to place the order for carryout. We got a Spicy Alfredo Entree and added Chicken to it. Not only the prices was higher from online, but for $5.99, you get 6 individual chicken pieces / strip that were not more than bite size. I understand prices have gone up due to Inflation, but for $5.99 it just didn't seem value for money. The prices that show up on the Menu are not the same when you actually go pick them up. In fact, each entree was at least $2+ more, no matter if it is Pasta / Sushi or wings. Prices online do not reflect what you will end up paying when you actually go pick up the food. I did bring it up to the cashier and she shrugged it off as it is what it is. I should have asked for manager, but as I said they were already so busy and didn't wanted to wait. It just seems like false advertising. My ask would be correct your pricing so that you are not deceiving folks who do want to enjoy your food and not feel like being taken advantage of.

The pizza was disappointingly mediocre, the sushi was delicious, but the service was abysmal. The waitress was friendly and kind but would talk for upwards of 10 minutes with one single table. Just shooting the breeze and paying no mind to any of the tables that may have needed her. This made the visit obscenely long and frustrating. I don't plan on returning here.

We had a good scrumptious late night dinner between 10-11pm at Ruckus restaurant in Apex NC. The service provided by Amber was stellar and she suggested what vegetarian foods will match our palette for the evening. The cocktails were fruityly delicious and so was the scotch on the rocks perfect for our friend. ?Will certainly go again to enjoy another treat to pamper myself and my loved ones. ???Vegetarian options: They can convert any dish to vegetarian by holding whatever is not to your liking.Dietary restrictions: They catered to our vegetarian needs.Parking: Free, convenient and safe
My husband and I attended a special event, Ruckus Bourbon Dinner. This was an event you had to preregister for. The dinner was 5 courses and I had a drink to go with each one. All of the liquor was from. Buffalo Trace. Throughout dinner a representative talked about their business. We started with a take on a Moscow Mule made with their Wheaton vodka. We then had 3 different bourbons and. Bourbon cream with dessert. All of the food was good. One note I would give to the chefs is that the bisque, mashed potatoes and a sauce were all way too salty. The salt drowned out all the other flavors. The service was phenomenal! Even before the event we had communication with the event organizer because of dietary restrictions and they accommodated where needed. If you have an opportunity to go to one of the Ruckus special events you will enjoy it!
