Absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! During our visit from Florida, we were blown away by the freshness and deliciousness of the food. The buffalo chicken sandwich and wrap were simply outstanding—definitely a solid 10/10! The crispy, fresh tater tots were the perfect accompaniment. And let’s not forget the brownie; it tasted just like a molten lava cake—pure heaven! Our waiter, Faith, truly made our visit special. She went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and being incredibly patient with our kids. We genuinely wish this gem was in Florida, and we can’t wait to return just for this restaurant! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm not sure what is going on at this place the last few weeks but their customer service is at an all time LOW with the hosts. Those little girls are there with no real experience and it shows. They don't know how to speak to people, provide at least decent customer service and really walk around like they are clueless as to what they were hired to do. Even the foreign management woman could use some customer service training. The downfall of these small businesses and restaurants will be hiring these young kids who are extremely clueless and cannot function without someone holding their hand!!!! Pay your employees more so you can get some REAL, experienced help!!! And the add, I requested an update on the status of the order I was picking up. Instead of giving me an update, the clueless little girl chose to take the time to take a few selfies instead and socialize with the other hosts....IN MY FACE! How is that upon my arrival, the order was being bagged, then one girl told me the kitchen was backed up and I should leave the order (after waiting 10 mins already)? Please make it make sense!

I love the wings and burgers here. It's a great place to watch a game with buddies or for a casual dinner with families. For eating in person, I give it a 5. For their take out operation, it's more like a 2 but I don't want to bash a fun local spot that seems to be run by good people with a super low review.
I've ordered take out a handful of time and unfortunately, it is just never ready even close to the promised time. The stock answer seems to be the "kitchen is backed up" but that seems to be the case no matter what time of day it is or how busy the restaurant is. Invariably, I end up waiting with other customers who are dealing with the same fate. Not ideal when trying to grab some wings for quick lunch while working.
The next time I had a craving for their wings, I tried ordering DoorDash so I didn't have to deal with the uncertainty. The first time, it was more than 20 minutes late. The second time, I noticed that I had a driver assigned, then I saw a different name, and finally, a third. Order arrived 25 minutes past the promised time. I met the driver at the door and asked if he knew what was up with that. He said they likely cancelled because it was taking so long. He went on to say it's one of a few restaurants in the area he avoids due to constant long waiting times and that he only took mine because I tipped very well.
I think a simple fix would be to be more honest about wait times. If I call and they say they are busy and it will be 30-40 minutes,. no big deal...I can plan my lunch around that. It's frustrating when its consistently late but I have done my part and arrived on time...it borders on feeling like my time is being disrespected.
I hope this is taken as constructive feedback vs. a bash session. Like I said, great food and atmosphere. I just wish they'd take a harder look at their takeout operations. Until then, I'll continue to meet friends for a game or take my family for a lunch...but it's not likely to be on my list for quick takeout lunches or dinners anytime soon.

I want to give a huge thanks to our waitress Sarah, and the cooks at Rudy’s! I have some pretty annoying food restrictions that can make it hard to find something to eat while out. Rudy’s to the rescue! They were so nice and made a meal for me that was delicious AND safe for my stomach, with a few modifications from the typical recipe. Thank you a hundred times over!
Other reviews have mentioned that it is too loud inside, and I do agree with that part. BUT overall, Rudy’s is a new fave for me

We accidentally stumbled upon this little gem after venturing down the new stretch of 540 from Garner to Apex and we were very pleased. The Reuben was delicious and the all American burger was equally yummy. The bartender/server was super friendly and the service was really quick. Awesome atmosphere, will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for years and have introduced many to this little gem. No joke, the fries are the only reason I started buying Ketchup again. Everything is made fresh in house and shows in the quality of the dishes they serve. Family friendly events are offered throughout the week and it is a great atmosphere for a meal or to socialize with friends. The menu offers seasonal dishes in addition to its traditional choices.
Dietary restrictions: Waitress was gracious with our request of no butter and happily relayed it to the kitchen. The meal(Reuben) came out correct and was delicious.
