Great food however, I wanted to watch an event with sound and they refused even though nobody else was listening to anything. They just continued to play stupid loud music. I hate having to talk and listen over loud booming music.

Well, it is a bar. I was hoping for a more Western NY flavor because they offered a Haddock Fish Fry and "Rochester" Buffalo Wings. Food was average, including the Fish Fry. They did not serve regional Western NY beer.

No sitting room at all or standing Did not realize it was a small place. Will try it again in spring when outdoor sitting is open. Looks likes a nice place

Guy on the phone seemed pissed off i had the nerve to call in a to-go order. One our meals looked like it had just been thrown in the takeout tray and mixed around. Slaw and chili put on bottom of dogs instead top? All over the bottom of the tray now too. Sad looking slaw. Thanks. Wings are good though.

My experience at this place was terrible today. I first made a order with 2 bacon cheeseburger with bacon and pickles. Got home and one order was right, so I called back and told them my order was partially wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that she was going to remake my order to come back and get it and to throw my original order away. I go back to get it come home, open my plate and it's only three pieces of bacon and a cup of pickles. I called back to ask where wasy original order, she answered the phone like this " look ion know wat utalking about and we r not remaking anything and not to come back and then hung up. This meal was over $35 to b wrong and then talked to like that then hung up n my face. I urge people not to order from here cause they will mess up order up and make it seem like me(the customer) is totally wrong. Shakey Rays will not get anymore of my money. Bad service, and the workers are very rude. And not to mention in the first order she added 6 beers to my card then declined and I had to pay when I got there. Transaction wrong in the beginning. Her name is Sandra.
The best local bar in the area! You can't go wrong there. Love the cajun chicken wrap, loaded tater tots, burgers, and wings (the house sauce is great). The service is ALWAYS outstanding! Kudos to all of the staff!
Great little local pub. Food is always consistently good. Wait, staff is friendly and fun. Portions are just right to fill you up. Reasonably priced. Will be going back on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
