Sweet girls who work here and they were quick and handled the drive thru and incoming customers at the same time very well. This refresher is so good. I love that they have a seltzer water option so you don’t need to have soda, and they have sugar free alternatives to any syrup. It’s clean and cute inside. I would support this business any day over Sonic or any large business.

I have been a regular at Soda Box since they opened, but more often than not I order a diet soda with sugar free syrups and they end up either with regular soda or regular syrup. Diet soda drinkers can definitely tell the difference. Not sure that I'm going to keep going because they are too expensive for me to throw out!

I want to love SodaBox, their drinks are so good, but the service is always very slow. I went for their fall drink launch and although it was during operating hours (9:50 am) and the Open sign was on, no one ever came to take my order. The front door was even locked. Once again a disappointing experience from this location.

The drinks are good, customer service needs work. Please tell the young employee working the register that you greet all customers the same way when they come in, and that change is given the same it is received, not just lay a bunch of coins on the countertop and I have to them up one by one.

Rude and Slow service. Came 15 min before they closed the free drink promo. But they didn't get to me on time, so we had to pay, all because they were late to take my order. No apology. Then, bring us the wrong order.

Such a shame to hear about the AC situation. The drinks are fun and happy, but honestly keeping a cool decent temperature is really a must in the south. I actually remember this being a problem last summer too, so seems like plenty of time to really correct this problem.

While the drinks, snacks, and service are excellent, my overall rating is poor because apparently the employees have to work in this heat without air conditioning! I asked why we couldn’t go inside (that part was closed), and it turns out the AC was not working. The poor employee was perspiring and uncomfortable (though didn’t complain). This is not okay in the heat and humidity here, and it seems unhealthy for the poor employees.

Absolutely terrible that only the drive thru is open. Heard it was because of broken AC. If customers can’t be in there for 10 minutes, how are these teens supposed to work in those conditions for hours? In this heat a refreshing soda sounds lovely, but I might take my business elsewhere if they aren’t taking care of their workers.
I went tonight for a refresher and it was delicious! The service was quick and the drink tasted amazing. The girl working around 7pm tonight was so kind!!🤍

We come here whenever we go to Walmart. The soda box drinks are pretty refreshing. I am not leaving any rating for service because even when no customers were there at the facility we had to wait for some time before being attended by one of the staff. They are kids and need to improve on this aspect. No negative comments. Once they attended, they were very nice.
