Walked in it’s super hot ac broken. nobody at the front to start, then was really rude when assisted. we order 3 drinks and only 2 popped up on the screen so we simply said “we wanted 3 drinks” and pretty much got yelled at for simply checking . Our total was 10.92, our friend that ordered 2 drinks had the same total so we in fact were right they were just lazy and didn’t want to change it.

I can’t remember her name but the absolutely amazing blonde lady that helped me is the best! I was tied between two flavors and she helped me make a mixture of the two that would be the best! She definitely matches the vibe you guys are trying to put out there and I love it!!!

The pretzels were very good ?. The drink was also tasty however it was wrong. I ordered a razzmataz all sugar free. After a few gulps I felt something was off so I checked the drink for sugar and this was a full sugar. Being diabetic I had to check my blood and I was over 190 and only climbing. So even though everything was delicious I have to rate this low because that is a safety issue for anyone like myself. All in all great place but be mindful no matter where you go if you are sugar sensitive to always double check you orders before consuming it.
Edit: I wish I could just respond. However. Editing the review is the only way to let you know that I did order the drink with no raspberry puree in it. Because I know that fruit in and of itself cannot be sugar free. If you would like proof of this I can provide a recipient showing my full order and all appropriate precautions taken. I in no way want to come off as rude to anyone just want everyone to be safe and have a good heads up as other people may be worse off than I am and this may affect them in a more serious case is all :)

Found these guys at the Fireworks Frenzy in downtown Apex. They offered to give us free drinks because we arrived early and they wanted someone to do a taste test. I ended up with 4 free drinks for my family and they tasted so good I gave a $10 tip! I also went to their store location in town and they did not disappoint!!! I love the menu options and quality of the additives they put in the drinks. So customizable, too. Don’t miss out on trying Soda Box!
