Saron the barista in this Starbucks has best customer service. She always got our dirk right every single time.

I don’t like Starbucks but I've stopped today to grab me a drink to cool off from the heat outside and i was also having a bad day but then Lamyaa, whos a employee there have took the time to ask me about my day and how im doing she also didn’t rush me and gave me time. She was being super friendly and lovely, i would really make a visit again just to say hi to her she made my day better.
I recently visited this Starbucks and wanted to order a frappuccino and a matcha drink. The employee told me they couldn’t make either drink because they had already washed the blender and didn't want to do it again, especially with only 25 minutes left until closing. While I understand the importance of managing time at closing, it felt somewhat lazy not to make the effort to fulfill my order. I would have appreciated if they had offered alternatives that didn’t require the blender. Overall, the experience left me feeling dissatisfied with the lack of options.

The slowest Drive thru in the USA. Avoid if you are in a time crunch. At the window this morning and waiting for a Grande Iced Cold brew the two females talking about a concert they went to and not even aware of the traffic wrapped around the building other orders were waiting.

Everytime I stop in for coffee, Saron is incredibly kind and helpful and always makes the drinks just the way I like it. 5* service and drinks.

I got a coffee on 18/2 at noon. The problem is that the worker touched the inside of the cup with their hand—how can I drink from it after that? Also, I didn’t like that they wrote on the cup before preparing the drink. I believe the cup gets contaminated by the same hand that touched and wrote on it. They should write after finishing, in front of the customer. Honestly, I didn’t like this branch at all—the worker’s behavior and lack of cleanliness while making the coffee were unacceptable.

I went here a long time ago like a couple of years. I wanted a Frappuccino that i saw online on Starbucks website and they said that they didn’t make it here. I said it’s on the Starbucks website. They continued to say they didn’t know how to make it or what it was. Then I asked for a different drink that was way way to watery. I asked them to remake it and they rudely said no that they wont take it back and remake my Frappuccino. I was so angry with them. I stayed away from this Starbucks for a long time after that experience. I love Starbucks but this one, always puts me on edge. They also were very rude to me about this experience. If you want a specialty coffee go somewhere else that know how to make them.

Ada and Saron were me and my sister’s Baristas. They were absolute gems and very kind to us all and gave us sample of the Starbucks cookie that were publicly given out.I used to work at a Starbucks as well for four years and they made our drinks very quickly and our drinks came out absolutely amazing. Behind the counter looked clean and the ordering process was smooth. Both beautiful and kind ladies who were truly nice to us.Thank you beautiful ladies!(Everyone seemed very kind and courteous as well. Thank you.)

I recently visited a Starbucks location and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by one of the employees. Her name was Saron, and she was simply amazing.
From the moment I walked in, Saron greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect drink to suit my tastes. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was completely satisfied with my order.
But what really impressed me was Saron's positive attitude and friendly demeanor. She went out of her way to make sure that every customer who walked through the door felt welcomed and appreciated. She took the time to engage with each person, making them feel valued and important.
Throughout my visit, Saron's enthusiasm and passion for her job were evident. She took pride in her work and went above and beyond to ensure that every customer had a fantastic experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly inspiring.
In summary, I cannot recommend Saron's and her excellent customer service skills at Starbucks enough. She is a true asset to the company, and I will definitely be returning to this location again soon thanks to her exceptional service.
