Don't order the bacon egg and cheese. Bacon was rubbery and seen like it was mirowave. Just cold, and soggy. 🤮🤮

I’ve been waiting for my coffee for thirty minutes and I still have not received it. I ordered at the register in store and they are not even busy and this has happened multiple times at this specific location. I don’t know why the service is so slow because there are barely any people at the drive thru or in store. It’s so frustrating because it should not take more than 5 minutes to make a simple iced coffee.

Lol they closed the store so if you order ahead on the app you cant grab your order in store if you choose that option and you wont know until you wait in that horrendous drive thru line. Can’t rate service or atmosphere if there’s no store to go into. And because of the layout, once you’re in the drive thru line you cant leave. Just unfortunate.

Get the she/her in the Bane clown mask off the register. If you're the front-facing representative of that store and you can't communicate with people beyond simple hand gestures, perhaps being a cashier isn't the job for you.

Second time going in the past two weeks and met with the RUDEST unenthusiastic cashier ever. I didn’t catch the name and wish it displayed it when paying by phone but it was a guy in his late twenties. Please move him from order taking. Will not be back
