This Starbucks mad weird. They pick and choose which cups to fill up! How you fill up my “ in a venti cup “ with milk but only do it half way today . Learn how to do y’all’s job and have common sense. Cause I’ve been working with Starbucks for 3 years.

The bathrooms were nasty like the employees attitude. Horrible customer service. No greeting while awaiting to place order. When placing the order I said hello I got a ”what can I get you”. No soap in bathroom and tissue and other trash on the floor. I let one of the staff members know about the bathroom and just got a look and an “ok”. My order was wrong. Keep your coffee.

Been coming here for long time but past ~6 months, Customer service has been tanking. There has to be some level of respect and manner when talking to customers. If you do not want my business, there is place of other options.

This was honestly the worst service I have EVER received. The drinks were fine, but the service was terrible specially from the one blonde/dirty blonde woman (all the other employees working were very kind and welcoming). She was very rude, unhelpful, and hostile. I have never felt the need to write a bad review however this definitely needed to be addressed.

Stopped by Starbucks today and treated myself to an Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Cold Brew with Pumpkin Spice Cream—because pumpkin spice season is finally here! The drive-thru was quick, the drinks were perfect, and I even grabbed a Puppuccino for my fur baby who loves Starbucks just as much as I do :)

quick. Didn’t have to wait long and the pretty woman of color who waited on me was amazing and kind and very friendly and professional. She asked me about my drink combo and knew the menu and drink combos well. We bonded over the hope that Starbucks will eventually have non dairy whip crème like they have non dairy cold foam options . I also loved the LGBTQ flag. Thank you for making your location inclusive for ALL. ❤️❤️❤️ definitely will return. Thank you
