Lynn here at Starbucks is absolutely amazing! She is always helpful and deserves all the raises! She knows what I want every time and is fast! Big shoutout to her!

just went here a few days ago and I had a fantastic experience. I was taken care of by a barista named Noelle and I have to say she is really great. She took my order, was friendly, and overall I had a great experience. Idk who this Varun guy is below me, but if he had a bad experience with Noelle, it was probably his own fault.

The drink was amazing but one of the employees at the drive through, her name is Noelle. Here some advice if you have nothing nice to say and have no filter keep to yourself!

Even when there are only 2 customers in store n none at drive thru you got to wait 10 minutes for plain coffee not sure what’s wrong with Starbucks core stores but it’s an ongoing service issue you got to remind them hey I m getting late for work n can I have my coffee certainly not paying premium price for a coffee for this type of service

My boyfriend and I came in ten minutes before closing. The buff guy working there was very funny and nice. We quite enjoyed the experience. Keep up the good customer service!

I visit this Starbucks weekly and have the best customer service from one of their baristas named Justin. He recognizes me and my friend by name and always makes us smile. It's refreshing to have a real 'human' customer service moment. Instead of a simple polite transactional one. Justin asks how we are and actually listens to us...while still multi-tasking and getting the job done. It's been over a year of great service from him and I just want to give my appreciation to Justin, for being awesome, and to Starbucks for employing, and maintaining, such a great staff member!

Gentleman at the window was great! My kids had Kazoos from a birthday party and were using them while I was getting my coffee. Didn't even flinch!

I ordered a few frappuccinos for my daughter and her friends, but as I drove away, I noticed one of the cups had a crack down the middle. I went back through the drive-thru to explain, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They quickly took my messy cup, gave me a replacement drink, a gift card, and even napkins and wet wipes to clean up the spill in my car. It was an unfortunate situation, but I was truly impressed with their outstanding customer service.

Justin and Alicia are life savers! They welcomef me in and did not judge me for my weird request in regards to Carmel drizzles. Alicia came over and jump right in to making my Carmel Ribbon crunch. Justin provided recommendations of fun drink options. When I walked down, I could see Alicia being accommodating of my request and interacted with me and my friend! Definitely coming back ?

I used to love this starbucks and stop here a minimum of 3 to 5 times a week. Out of the last 5 times 3 of them my drink was wrong, one was an online order and was still incorrect and not what I paid for. I don't know how what happened or changed. I simply know paying as much as I do for a drink and expecting a drink to be correct should not be too hard or as difficult as it seems it is.
