I made online order and when I went to pick up they keep saying I don’t have order I show them my payment receipt and everything and they keep saying there is no order. Literally the store was run by two teenager kids two girls. They play over the phone and they don’t care. They make me left without my food, even without get refund for my payment

I use to love this subway! These last few months the service has gone down. The employees touch their eyes, hats, and other things with the gloves they use to make the sandwiches!

They are the worst subway ever the young lady Isabell has a horrible attitude got upset because I was unhappy with the way she threw my sandwich together asked the manager to take over making it as she continued to go back and forth with me . She has bad open sores all up her arms near the open food area the manager said nothing about her behavior. I’ll never go there again needs to be shut down

i have came to order foot long meal deal. The lady did not even ask me if i want it to get toasted, if i want cheese and all that. when i informed the same to the owner he was being rude.Does not make sense of whatever he is saying. He want me to pay extra for cheese, when i have shown the app and told him i dont need to pay.

Ordered food online and had to wait over an hour from the pick up time. The guy working there said we could cancel the order but that was a lie. He got an attitude with me and raised his voice to other unsatisfied customers. The workers struggle at everything and work at slower than a three legged turtle. With everything said and done, they still got our order wrong. This place sucks out loud. AVOID.

They took the order online, took the payment. It has to open till 10pm as per the google. By the time i reached at 8.30pm the owner is closing the store and asking me to come tomorrow.

Waited over an hour for a pickup. The guy told me he was busy and I would have to wait or I can cancel my order through the app. Can’t cancel an order that was already paid for. The employees couldn’t care less how long any of the on-line orders had to wait. Just a horrible experience at this location as I witnessed them cater to a certain “customer clientele “
