Sent mobile order for pick up. Got there and door was locked. Went thru drive thru. They said order was picked up and door was locked because they were short oof staff. They finally made the order and took it home. The tacos were very skinny Tacos. Don’t know what’s going on but it’s no way to run a business.

Employees don't seem to care anymore. This restauraunt is frequently out of drinks, napkins, and sauces which gives the impression management doesn't care about properly stocking the restauraunt.
Employees will also randomly 'close' the store early, as I discovered when going through the drive-thru with a mobile order 4 hours before the posted closing time.

Not taco bell that I remember. No one working registers. Food was bland and overpriced.
I recently visited this here and was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible—staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and the wait time was unreasonably long, even though it wasn’t very busy.
To make matters worse, the food was served cold. Hot items like tacos and burritos should never be served lukewarm, let alone cold. It felt like no care was put into preparing the order.
I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this visit has made me reconsider coming back. Definitely not worth the trip.

Stopped by the drive thru to grab lunch for my son and I to eat on the road. Got a couple minutes down the road before figuring out the order was all messed up. Somehow we got 2 tortillas with just egg rolled up in them, but it was way after breakfast and they looked old and nasty. They also missed 2 of my tacos, so I ended up with just one small item and my son was shorted on his cheesy roll-ups. Pretty much a fail all the way around.

Prices have gone up but the quality has degraded. Not sure what i am paying here. I wouldn’t recommend to eat here. The cheese was stinking bad. The taco was charred all along. It’s not at all healthy for people eating here. Anyone guide me where to report this type of food being sold.
