I could have gone to the grocery store and made the food myself in the time it took. I was in the drive through for 30+mins, and the there's no way to exit the drive through, even before the order microphone, once you are in the lane and someone is behind you. Staff were positive despite the issues. I had a good look inside and it looked well staff, but a friend I saw walking out as I was driving away said that people inside were waiting the same or more and that they had a lot of new staff being trained, on a Friday night.

so when i pulled up to the window after ordering the lady said “sorry we don’t have anymore cheese” while handing me my food and closed the window. 3/4 things i ordered had cheese so 3/4 things i ordered DIDNT have an ingredient and nothing was done about that. i payed 16$ for literally just beans and rice. don’t spend your money at this taco bell, go to the ones in raleigh

Hope you like waiting forever with staff that treat you like an inconvenience. Are you hungry? Well aren’t you stupid because you’re never gonna get your food. Every time I come here anymore it takes forever. I don’t know why I keep coming back. The workers are rude, your food doesn’t come out right and it takes thirty years. Just go some place else it’s not worth your time.

This Taco Bell is guaranteed to always be out of key menu items like Baja Blast. I’ve come roughly 4 times in the past month and they’ve never had it or Baja blast zero in stock.
