Such a bad experience!! The lady at the drive thru and the manager had worst attitude. They don’t know how to talk! She made my drink wrong and instead of correcting, she refused! I wish I could give 0 stars!

The lady at the drive thru doesn’t know customer service and the manager at the back working is having the worst attitude of her life! I paid 5$ for a dragon fruit drink and just get ice in return with such a reaction that i owe them something for the job that they are not doing right!Wish i could give them 0 stars.

Unless you've got 2 hours to spend waiting for food don't go to any location within 50 miles of Clayton. Each and every location takes over 30 minutes to get your food after you order, then it's not even right.

This place never gets the order right. They are always super slow no matter how busy they are. Soda is watered down 8 out if 10 times. Ever y time we do an online order, we still have to wait to pick it up when it says it's ready. Always out of something that we order as well. I will start driving farther away when we want taco bell if it means better food and better service!

There a 1/4 chance they'll forget or mix up something in your order. If you keep it simple, there should be no problem. Inside is clean and the automated ordering machines are easy and simple to use. Watch out for the pothole in the parking lot.

The "Assistant Manager" at this location has a disgusting attitude. When she spoke she made it clear she has no desire to provide any help , I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one until Friday. (Mind you I called on a Wednesday morning) Wasn't willing to take my name or even phone number , so I knew my message wasn't going to be relayed. I was selected for an interview to work here , after speaking with the assistant manager for all of 60 seconds ..I recommend nobody working here unless you enjoy being belittled and dealing with pissy attitudes. My thing is , if your unhappy with the job LEAVE, make room for the people that actually want to work and ENJOY it...simple as that.

We ordered in store. It was busy hour and took us 15-20 minutes to receive it. Food was well done, we love Tacos as we get veggie options. Due to wait time rating 4 for service. We didn't dine in but while we were waiting didn't see anyone else dine in either, while it looked clean felt its 4 instead of 5.Vegetarian options: Chalupa

The portions had me wondering if this tacobell was sponsored by weight watchers. Definitely did not get my money's worth. The Baja blast did not have enough syrup and was basically a light blue seltzer. Bathroom urinal was flooding over. They were quick though with my mobile order... too quick.

I don’t write many bad reviews. Fast food jobs stink and I try to be understanding. Given how slow it can be here, I’ve tried ordering online twice in the past few weeks. Let me warn anyone reading this, don’t bother. They won’t even look at the order until you arrive and then will tell you (with quite a bit of attitude) that it’ll “be a minute”. That minute turns into 15-20 minutes, no exaggeration: on my last visit there was a DoorDash driver there and he told me that’s just how it is here…they simply won’t start an online order until you arrive. It’s seems more a management issue with understaffing. So if you have a Taco Bell craving just go to the store and expect a wait. Ordering online is absolutely useless

The only reason for the two stars is, this is literally the absolute slowest fast food place I have ever been to, not once, but a handful of times. There was always an excuse! Several times I did a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there, and still waited 20 to 30 minutes for my food.
