Stopped there on Friday and the line was around the building. Went inside and people who were in line and ordered were waiting for over an hour, and still no food. Left and went to another one.
My online order got delayed for 30 minutes, and I got cold food. I don’t think it worth my time and there’s no costumer service at all.
The food was hot and delicious and the service couldn’t have been better! Keep up the great work your new location is awesome and so is the staff!

You truly can’t make this. My wife and I went to check out the new store and it was not a pleasant trip. There was clearly no one in charge. Orders were taking over 30 minutes, the dining area was dirty, and a third of the tabled were blocked off by book bags with no one actually sitting at them (which we later learned belonged to Taco Bell employees in training). A couple with two young children came in, but the only available table was soaked with spilled water and hadn’t been cleaned. After being there for 20 minutes, not a single table had been bussed. Customers were visibly irritated and frustrated, and there was no one at the counter to assist anyone. A man dressed in dark clothing walked out from the kitchen area, and assuming he was the manager, I mentioned that the nearby table needed cleaning so the family could sit. He bluntly stated that he was only there for training and didn’t work for that location. He then walked over, sat by his book bag, and stayed there by himself. A few minutes later, we gave up and left to eat next door. It wasn’t worth chasing someone down for a $19 refund in a place where no one seemed to care. Instead, I told the family that when my name was called, they could take the food so it wouldn’t be wasted.
In the end I just walked out stunned and in disbelief. I hope they figure it out eventually and think of the families that stop there.

It didn't take long for this location to open and we're happy it's not far from us, the other closest location is near Costco.
We were craving something quick to grab and go since we had a full day of shopping, we just wanted to go home and relax.
I ordered ahead, got a taco party pack, chalupa supreme and crunchwrap supreme. Drove over as soon as I put the order in (10 minutes to get there) and it was ready within a few minutes of arriving. Food was warm when I got it home, it was a cool day.
The inside isn't big, the kitchen was much bigger. There's a few tables for dine in, a few kiosks and no register with a cashier. It's basic but it works.

Tried this Taco Bell the day after it opened. The food was hot and the ingredients tasted fresh! So far I’d say this is a solid Taco Bell location, better than the one on Laura Duncan in my opinion. Happy to have it open!
