Hot, Delicious seafood served fast(less than 10mins from order to walking out with food). Whoever is working the fryer knows their job well. Outstanding fries, fried flounder, shrimp, okra & collards. Everything we ordered was crispy without being oily. Friendly staff the register. We will eat here again.

I've been a customer of Jack's for more than 20 years at both locations in Raleigh and just learned of this location in Apex. I must say, the flavor and quality of my dinner was excellent, just like old times. I ordered two flounder dinners, one with mac & cheese and yams; the other with mac & cheese and collards (cooked with smoked turkey). The staff was very polite and the restaurant was clean. My order was for pickup, and after driving more than 20 minutes back home, everything was still hot and the fish was still crispy! I will definitely be back for more delicious food.

The lady and the gentleman were very polite. I spent $21 and was hungry after I ate. Very small portion and no flavor. Fish was very thin and small. The picture's on google are not what i've received. The food was hot and fresh.What little bit was there. Very disappointing. I should have looked at the reviews versus the star rating. A lot of people have the same problem I did. Sounds like it used to be a good place to eat. I sure wish I would have been fed what I saw on google reviews.

I went to lunch with a former co-worker on Thursday July 17. So she suggested the Fish House so I said OK I had never been there before, but when we got there, we were greeted with friendly smiles the customer service was wonderful. We placed our order , sat down and talked, then they bought the food out. I ordered the pork chops with the collard greens and potato salad and I’ll tell you the food was so good the pork chops were so big I could only eat one. The pork chops was fried to perfection the collard greens were seasoned just right, The potato salad was so good. So if you’re ever in the area, please stop in and sit down to some good old soul food cooking. The two chefs were amazing . I was very satisfied I will give them a 10. And I will be going back.
